Every tree I received had the main branch snipped off. I don't understand why this is. Having the main branch snipped off turn them in the bushes not trees

The tree arrived in good shape.
Planted same day received and it is growing nicely.

Title sort of says it all. Trees alive and growing and it got here quick

I had a great experience getting my trees. They came quickly and are good quality. Easy to follow instructions and they are doing great!

Gardenia was very week and is dying. Fig tree was extremely small. Ridiculously small for $30.00. I will not buy with you anymore.

I sent a picture requesting that I get a replacement or use the insurance that I have because this tree what I paid for it it does not equate to a fast growing tree for 6 to 7 feet tall

I ordered 3 trees and a bush. The red maple is brown on the ends of the leaves, the orange tree is yellow and loosing its leaves, the apple tree is appears to be in rough shape as well. The elderberry bush was broken on several of the branches. They were all planted the next day after they arrived. I am hopeful they will recover. I have ordered before and never had this issue.

Really bad experience. I would recommend to stay away. "Tree" arrived and it was essentially a twig. I called to complain and they gave me a discount. So props for that. I ended up planting it. Btw. I also used the fertilizer and root enhancer they recommended. After 3 days, the tree was completely dead. It's in a dumpster and I'm out $180.

I bought 2 peach trees and planted both they day they arrived as instructed. One died. I have contacted Fast Growing Trees for a path of recourse but so far they are ignoring me.

I purchased a Russian pomegranate tree last year. It did not make it through the winter.
The company refused to send me a replacement tree. The description specifically said that this particular tree is able to stand the harsh winters.

So far - easy... let's see how shipping goes - and the quality of the tree - expecting all good!

When the long thin boxes arrived, I wondered how my two 6 foot trees could be inside without being crushed. I also got two 4 foot forsythia bushes in another box. Well let me tell you when I took them out of the box I could not believe how beautiful they were. They were packaged with care. The autumn blaze flowering pear trees were OVER 6 feet tall. We live on top of a mountain in Pa. Where our winters are frigid! They have been in the ground for about 3 weeks and they are flourishing. New leaves every day. I will definitely buying all of my trees and bushes from this company in the future. Thank you!

I needed a significant number of red twigged dogwood trees for my backyard re-do. After finding only 2 of them at my local nursery, I went online and was able to order 19 from FGT.com at a reasonable price, with free shipping! They arrived fast and in perfect condition. Then I needed 4 more, and tho I had to pay for shipping this time around, it was quite reasonable, and again they were shipped fast, packed carefully, and arrived in perfect condition. I am quite happy with my experience with this site! Great customer service, shop with confidence!

Two trees arrived broken and three more are looking like they won't survive. And I have heard a peep from the "customer" help department after I submitted my refund request.

I ordered 4 different trees, they all came nicely wrapped all in tlsame box. They arrived quickly. Happy thus far!

Late delivery, the product was damaged.the plant was in very bad shape.

L love my plants, that made it, The box showed to keep it up right. But they never did, plants will arrive all dry and no hardly potting soil just all over box.

Buy local, you know what you are getting. First of all, one blueberry plant was missing from the order. Two of the five blueberry plants came with leaves. One only had a couple. Of that shipment, only three are living. From the time I called until I received the missing plant, it was about two weeks, with no leaves and never did have any. Be aware that a warranty is needed if you want to receive money back for dead plants. Locally, there is not this problem. I will never buy from this company again.
