L love my plants, that made it, The box showed to keep it up right. But they never did, plants will arrive all dry and no hardly potting soil just all over box.
Buy local, you know what you are getting. First of all, one blueberry plant was missing from the order. Two of the five blueberry plants came with leaves. One only had a couple. Of that shipment, only three are living. From the time I called until I received the missing plant, it was about two weeks, with no leaves and never did have any. Be aware that a warranty is needed if you want to receive money back for dead plants. Locally, there is not this problem. I will never buy from this company again.

Fast. Simple. I was worried the boxes would be bulky and difficult to get in my backyard to plant, but they were so light and small. Very happy with this service!

My initial feeling was great. My sales rep was helpful and friendly. This changed to disappointment when I received my order. The most expensive plant was badly damaged, mostly dead in the box. I took a photo immediately and called a rep to let them know. He said he would send a replacement to me. This replacement took quite awhile to arrive, when it did it was also badly damaged. I came home and another tree was wilting after only a few days and I did all that I was told to do to get the plants to acclimate before planting them. When I called the original rep, she offered to give me a credit that I could use in January when shipping would be easier on the plants due to dormancy. I was really annoyed with this offer, she should have just immediately refunded me my money and this is what I asked her to do. She said she could not that I would have to speak to a supervisor. All, too much trouble when we are so busy. The next day I called, and the rep I got online immediately refunded me my money and I appreciated her quick handling of my problem. The whole experience and the quality of plants gets a low rating and I had such high hopes for what I had ordered being that it was the first time I have ever ordered plants online. Thank you. The tree looked fine when it arrived, and it is nicely planted and watered. But I have not yet seen the slightest sign of new growth, not even the tiniest bit of new leaf, so I have to reserve judgement on my experience.

Tree was in terrible shape. Leaves dry and brittle. Planted it immediately. Am babying along, not sure if it will live. Star Jasmine were healthy and seem to be doing well.

Hi have submitted it yesterday! Very unhappy. I am nursing the plants and trying to figure out the dragonfruit plant that came from one plant and in a one gallon pot as opposed to a three gallon pot! Definitely not the the plant as advertised!

Trees were not in the greatest of health when they arrived. Not sure they are going to make it. Glad bought the year warranty. Have a feeling couple of them may not make it.
Bought a 6ft tart cherry, that looks to be on life support, after 2 weeks, hope it bounces back in the next week. BTW, its not the soil, I have another cherry, and 2 Plums that were bare root, that were up and greening in 2 weeks.

I ordered a bunch of trees and they were very affordable and arrived very fast. Packaged very well and they all survived the trip and are thriving even in the heat of Georgia.
Contacted customer service regarding one of the trees received several days ago and have received no contact back other than generic emails asking for reviews…. So…. That's disappointing.

The strawberry plant I received was a small branch with one leaf on it. It was wilted and very sad. It just didn't have a chance to survive even as much as I tried. So disappointed!
My other plant, the honeysuckle, arrived in a box over 7 feet tall! The plant only took up less than a third of the box! Dealing with such a large box was so inconvenient and challenging. And also not necessary!

I ordered the Okame cherry tree 5-6'. ($139.95) Packaging was good. Wasn't the biggest fan of how what seemed to be the lead branch was cut off. Leaving only the skinnier branches. I followed the planting instructions. Watered it. Kept a consistent watering schedule. After some time the leaves fully emerged. Things were looking great. Then one day about a month and a half later the leaves looked real down. Things weren't changing so I decided to relocate the tree. While digging it up I found that the roots hadn't made it out of the burlap bag I planted the tree with. (according to the instructions) Replanted tree. Eventually the leaves completely dried up. I don't know if the tree is alive or not but I'm hoping so at this point.

After paying over 200 dollars, I get a bent, broken tree with insect holes eaten through all the leaves. Only reason it's not a 1 star is shipping was prompt.

My mother recently passed away and she really loved Lilac bushes. She had purchased a Lilac tree from Fast Growing Trees last year and absolutely loved it. As a memorial to her, I also recently purchased the Bloomerang Lilac Tree. It was easy to find on your website and the reviews and tips were very helpful. The price was reasonable so I went ahead and purchased one. It arrived quickly, just a couple days later and was in excellent shape.
I followed the instructions and planted it in a large planter pot on my patio and it is absolutely thriving. I'm looking forward to years of memories looking at my moms favorite flowering tree... and my dad is enjoying the one he planted in his courtyard.
Very satisfied with my purchase. The shrub arrived well packaged & in perfect condition. After planting my selection as instructed it is now thriving.

Received a promo in the mail. Needed some plants to fill in the landscape so decided to try them out. 3 out of the 6 astilbes arrived wilted and in dry soil. 3 out of 4 creeping phlox arrived in bad shape/ almost completely dried out. Needless to say, only one of the phlox survived after planting. Ironically it was the free plant (lavender) that is thriving. Not happy with the products. Won't be purchasing from this company any more.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
