I ordered the Okame cherry tree 5-6'. ($139.95) Packaging was good. Wasn't the biggest fan of how what seemed to be the lead branch was cut off. Leaving only the skinnier branches. I followed the planting instructions. Watered it. Kept a consistent watering schedule. After some time the leaves fully emerged. Things were looking great. Then one day about a month and a half later the leaves looked real down. Things weren't changing so I decided to relocate the tree. While digging it up I found that the roots hadn't made it out of the burlap bag I planted the tree with. (according to the instructions) Replanted tree. Eventually the leaves completely dried up. I don't know if the tree is alive or not but I'm hoping so at this point.
After paying over 200 dollars, I get a bent, broken tree with insect holes eaten through all the leaves. Only reason it's not a 1 star is shipping was prompt.

My mother recently passed away and she really loved Lilac bushes. She had purchased a Lilac tree from Fast Growing Trees last year and absolutely loved it. As a memorial to her, I also recently purchased the Bloomerang Lilac Tree. It was easy to find on your website and the reviews and tips were very helpful. The price was reasonable so I went ahead and purchased one. It arrived quickly, just a couple days later and was in excellent shape.
I followed the instructions and planted it in a large planter pot on my patio and it is absolutely thriving. I'm looking forward to years of memories looking at my moms favorite flowering tree... and my dad is enjoying the one he planted in his courtyard.

Received a promo in the mail. Needed some plants to fill in the landscape so decided to try them out. 3 out of the 6 astilbes arrived wilted and in dry soil. 3 out of 4 creeping phlox arrived in bad shape/ almost completely dried out. Needless to say, only one of the phlox survived after planting. Ironically it was the free plant (lavender) that is thriving. Not happy with the products. Won't be purchasing from this company any more.

It was easy to order, great price, arrived quickly & was in great shape. Very healthy little tree. We got it planted and it's sprouting new growth already. We're super happy with our tree!
I received a plum tree on May 26 and planted immediately. I noticed the root system was wrapped in burlap and instructions said you could plant it just like that. I unwrapped the tree and found that the root system was barely visible. I planted the tree anyway hopping the tree would survive. The tree dropped all its leaves and there is no sign of any new growth. I suspect the tree has died.

The plants arrived promptly. They were in top shape. They went into the ground the same day and they are very happy. They're growing faster than I expected. My only wish for the experience is that it could have been priced lower, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. So, I paid a high price, but I got a superior product. I'll forget the price, but enjoy the plants long into the future. Overall, I'm VERY satisfied.

I placed my order and asked that my shipment be made on a specific day. Received them when it was convenient for me. The person I delt with was friendly and professional. The bushes and trees I received were in great shape! It's been 2 months and they have all filled in and look great!
I was told that if I paid much more I would get a bigger blueberry bush. For three years I have purchased blueberry bushes for my brother's birthday. They all have been very small. So this year I spent much more for a larger bush. I was mortified when my brother sent me a photo of the new bust. It looks like a single stem. Certainly NOT a bush.

The product I ordered and received was very poor quality, a lot smaller, nothing like it looked on your website, I can get the same product from local nurseries for a lot less and don't have to pay shipping charges. Just so you know. This was my testing shopping because I had more ideas in mind, like private fence trees but I have my doubts now in the quality of your products. Thank you anyway.

Trees were all in great shape, except for one box that was damaged. They immediately took care of the issue and sent a replacement that was in great condition. Very satisfied with the customer service and the trees.
Everything arrived as promised and they managed to fit all of my items in one large box so there wasn't a ton of waste after the trees were in the ground. The drop in bag was just as easy to plant as promised and the bucket style was easy to unpack and plant. The only downside was the amount of staples in the packaging makes it difficult to recycle.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
