A couple treees were smaller than they were supposed to be. We told fast trees about the issue and they made good by sending us 6 more trees for free. Excellent customer service thank you.

The product I ordered and received was very poor quality, a lot smaller, nothing like it looked on your website, I can get the same product from local nurseries for a lot less and don't have to pay shipping charges. Just so you know. This was my testing shopping because I had more ideas in mind, like private fence trees but I have my doubts now in the quality of your products. Thank you anyway.

Trees were all in great shape, except for one box that was damaged. They immediately took care of the issue and sent a replacement that was in great condition. Very satisfied with the customer service and the trees.

Everything arrived as promised and they managed to fit all of my items in one large box so there wasn't a ton of waste after the trees were in the ground. The drop in bag was just as easy to plant as promised and the bucket style was easy to unpack and plant. The only downside was the amount of staples in the packaging makes it difficult to recycle.

I have purchased numerous trees and shrubs from Fast Growing Trees and most have lived and I have been satisfied. A few did not survive and were immediately replaced by Fast Growing Trees. I had one Japanese Cherry Tree that we lovely for several years and then developed a bark problem and died. I think that was due to the pachysandra growing too close to the trunk causing a lack of air and sun to the roots. Their support team helped me diagnose the problem. Other than that all the trees have grow and thrived.

The tree is great but I sent it as a condolence gift: it didn't ship until 7 days after I ordered it and when the family received it, the message we wrote was not included so they had no idea who it was from. They called the California nursery it shipped from who also has no idea and suggested they call FGT. It was just an extra hassle for a family in mourning and it was shipped then received considerably later than expected. The tree and packing was great though.

The shrubs I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition. They are thriving.

I couldn't find a cherry tree anywhere locally and ordered from FGT. The tree is very healthy and is of good size.

Helpful CS professional. My lemon tree's blossoms were picked off by birds. CS agent helped me understand I can enclose them; no need to worry over pollination.

The directions included on transplanting were welcome for a lemon tree newbie! This little sapling is already beginning to leaf out and I look forward to bountiful harvests in the years to come.
