Wonderful first experience with Fast Growing trees. My meter lemon tree arrived sturdily packaged and with a beautiful and healthy plant inside. The directions included on transplanting were welcome for a lemon tree newbie! This little sapling is already beginning to leaf out and I look forward to bountiful harvests in the years to come. When First my order came in most of the plants was broken… I was so upset I made a call to customer service, they're picked up phone right away and was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Couple days later I received my amazing plants! In great condition! Now they're growing in my garden and I'm so exciting to see when they start to blooming! Thank you so much! Receive free in great shape. Placed in the ground immediately and now we have new leaves. Can't wait to look forward to the changing of the seasons
We ordered a hard-to-find tree for our front yard that FastGrowingTrees had in stock. Everything that they did to support our order was done promptly and when they said they would: order confirmation email, shipping tracking email, the way our 3-4 foot high tree was packed for shipping, delivery, and included planting instructions. Two weeks later, we still have a healthy tree beginning to grow in our front yard.
Tree arrived well boxed, planted per instructions. Trimmed off one leaf. Has been growing at about a leaf per week
Overall, our experience was very positive, but 3 of 4 trees did die and had to be replaced. Two were replaced within the first month, but the third we had to make use of the extended warranty. I suppose it's not easy to guarantee that young trees will survive shipping and planting in a new location, and FGT seems to have addressed that with their one month replacement guarantee and their relatively low-cost 1-year extended warranty.
The end-user support is top-notch, and every call was answered quickly by very knowledgeable people who were very helpful and kind, and many seem to have trees of their own and in my opinion seemed to be qualified experts. In short, I do fully recommend buying trees from them.
My order came fast & the tree took some days to grow from the seedling but its growing. Thx a lot for trees!

I was a little nervous about purchasing live plants online. But this company had everything I wanted including great customer recommendations. So I decided to go for it. I was not disappointed. Healthy moist plants arrived with detailed instructions and I followed them to a tee. Now I have flowering rose trees, blueberry bushes, raspberry plants and lavender plants all healthy and thriving.
We ordered multiple different types of plants from FGT and all but one arrived in great condition. The hydrangea would have been in perfect shape, but a main branch broke somehow in shipping. I called right away and did not have to wait to speak to someone. I was able to upload photos directly to her and work to troubleshoot a fix. Since this was a main branch that would have left the bush either lopsided, or having to be cut all the way back, she simply said they were just going to send a new one. The new hydrangea arrived within a couple days and in perfect condition. All plants are beautiful, healthy and the customer service was outstanding.
Half of my 18 trees are dying. Very disappointed. I don't have anything else to say about this experience

Grateful that I could find the trees that I was looking for. I couldn't find those pacific plants for about a month and a half and I got tired of driving around central jersey lol. They came in a box minimally damaged but they look great in my house.
I ordered a rose, 2 azaleas, 2 strawberries, pine berry: they were crammed in a box which was broken on 3 sides, at bottom. Branches were coming through the breaks. The strawberries had one stem each as the rest were broken. Yes the rest of plants were green, it will take a year to revive. Too many plants loosely stuffed into one broken box.
We're so sorry for how your plants arrived! They are very resilient to this kind of stress so we just ask that you give them a few weeks to see if they recover and we'll replace them if they do not!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
