I purchased a 4' - 5' Bloodgood Japanese Maple, and it arrived within two days. It was 5' tall and came in a cardboard box as advertised. Instructions were provided, and I followed them to a 'T' as I planted it in our back yard. It's still alive and appears to be healthy. Very satisfied.
The experience was fantastic all of the trees were planted and look great. The only issue that I had was that the free Lavender did not make it, I put it in a larger container with new potting soil and it never made it.
The tree I received had wilting leaves and was suffering. I planted it anyway hoping it can spring back. I had also purchased the everbearing strawberry plant and was to get the lavender plant as a gift. I wasn't in anyway informed those two plants would b included in the same box as the tree. Consequently, I kept waiting for them to arrive. Ut was 4 days later I noticed a couple of smaller boxes with a symbol in the sides. I had originally thought they were just supporting the tree. I picked them both up and discovered both plants. They were dead of course. Notice should have been placed inside with the tree to alert me to the plants also in the box. Disappointed.
Due to the circumstances, my trees aren't doing well, however, I am always happy with extraordinary customer service I get from FGT. They are very empathy and understanding. I definitely will have long business with them. Thank you!

I measured the trees they were both 1 1/2 high and the leaves were falling off, the plant was dried out. Lesson learned, I will never buy plants fron your company again.

Overall, it was good. Ordering was easy, shipped quickly. I have an issue with how the forsythia were packaged. Two plants were in one long box. The large pots they were in were at opposite sides of the box, and when handled during shipping the plants broke off a number of branches as they crushed each other. They survived and have recovered well. Please, guys, 1 plant per box please.
Received tree from Fast Grow that died. They took care of it right away. They shipped it out and it was in time for the memorial for my Wife
We spent nearly $700 on our order. For $700 we got a small bag of fertilizer and 6 pathetic looking, very small, barely alive plants. Not AT ALL what we were expecting. We are very, very disappointed.

The trees and flowers arrived rather distressed and frankly I have used website plant ordering before the packaging seriously lacked especially the roses and Japanese maple. I was able to save the plants but if you don't have a great green thumb it won't happen.

The Rebud tree I ordered was delivered in May in beautiful condition. I planted it as soon as I got it and followed the instructions that were provided. So far, it's doing great. My experience with the last 2 redbuds I got from different sources were not successful so I'm hoping this one will survive the Colorado winter.
Great experience with Ken on the purchase of 34 Italian Cypress (3'-4'). They arrived and were planted immediately. So far doing well!
Ordered a cherry tree to go with the dozen other fruit trees (including a cherry) that we have that are doing well. It looked great on arrival, but lived about a week after planting. Contacted customer service and they were great. They sent me out a replacement right away that came in looking good.
Again though, it didn't live a week. Now I've got 2 sticks that cost me over $100. I haven't asked for another replacement, I just won't buy from them again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
