It has been about 3 weeks since I got my tree. All of it's leaves are dead, some branches are dead and the tree itself is almost dead even after following all the instructions. The tree died not look in good shape out of the box but I thought it was just because it was boxed.
We received and they were already showing some spots and the size of them was disappointing. We ordered the last two years from Costco and we're very pleased with their product. I have been trying to revive these some, but not sure if they will make it.

One of my cherry trees arrived with dry dead leaves. Been in the ground for three weeks now. The five other trees I ordered are doing great, so not due to poor care on my part. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on a replacements.

My 4-1 pear tree showed up looking great and very healthy. I can now see new growth on my tree and I cant wait for it to get larger and to taste the fruit it will provide.
The first tree arrive with mold all over its trunk and leaves. Customer service was AWESOME, I do have to give them that. And they sent a replacement tree right away after I sent images of the tree's condition. Second tree arrived quickly... another plus, and appeared to be in good shape. I potted the tree immediately using really rich and nutrient filled soil, watered it. Placed it in an area that gets a lot of direct sun and shad in the later part of the day, and sprayed it with NeemOil spray. Unfortunately, that tree has lost all its leaves and appears to be hanging on for its dear life. I'm hoping leaves will grow back... time will tell...

The two trees I ordered were apparently "lost" in transit. They were supposed to be delivered, then suddenly pushed back, then suddenly the delivery was cancelled and finally, after two days of being lost, delivered. The trees were parched. The gardenia lost all its buds. No flowers, they all fell off. I'm hoping the crabapple tree makes it.
Basically very disappointed in the shipping, which, after all, is the responsibility of the sender.

The rhododendron held up well in shipping container. Once planted it seems to be doing well. The Japanese maple that I received free is doing poorly but I'm hopeful it will recover.

Brown Turkey Fig delivered in poor condition. Broken branches & smashed leaves. I think the free lavender plant became loose & caused the damage. I have replanted the fig hoping it will perk up...

Beautiful trees arrived but within days of them being planted they lost most of their leaves. I planted a row of pines and unfortunately there's one that may not make it.

To be truthful, I placed my first order with Fast Growing Trees last year. I was very disenchanted when I opened the box and found the trees and shrubs I had ordered in very sad condition indeed. One of them, the quaking aspen, didn't even have anything around the roots anymore and it was very sad looking and ended up not surviving. The other items were in better shape, but not by much. I tried to get a new aspen and was told I should wait because it would most likely come back this year. I did not and I was quite unhappy but I reordered since I paid for guaranteed replacement. However, when I got the replacement tree, it was BEAUTIFUL! I was perfectly packed with care and I thriving! I am happy to say that I now think the original experience was unpleasant and probably rare. I just wanted to give kudos for standing by your guarantees and making the replacement experience easy and pleasant. I have always believed that it is with displeased customers that a company has the best chance to shine and your company hit it out of the park! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Plant's were well packed and had slight damage to the leaves what was expected. My products was shipped as promised in 2 days and took 2 days.

The hydrangeas arrived crushed on top of each other. I tried to salvage the plants but they were too far gone. Disappointed with the purchase.

The process was easy from start to finish. The trees (shrubs) came within a couple weeks of ordering. There was only one minor problem with one of the trees. The pot was dented, but the shipping box was not so it appeared the damage occurred prior to packing. The damage didn't appear to have caused any problem with how the plant is growing. I was able to plant the shrubs easily with the included instructions.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
