The forsythia I ordered came looking great and is thriving.
I ordered 2 mock orange bushes and they were in very rough shape upon arrival and haven't gotten much better after being in the ground.
The packaging was horrible and the plants were shoved in the box with no care
The strawberries I ordered were dead when I got them. Tnx to the awesome shipping company that delivered them. The Blueberries I ordered are doing good.
Ordered an Ivory Lace Lilac tree and a Japanese Maple tree. The maple arrived with wilting leaves and scabs. The Lilac is a 4' tall tree park it's roots and no appendages. I contacted customer service and they gave me a 15% credit and told me they were sorry I wasn't satisfied. I have sent them an update to say despite my best efforts the trees are not improving. They said give it a few more weeks and they would send a new tree. Communication is sub par as are their products.
We're sorry for the concerns with your tree! Stress will cause a plant to drop leaves but they'll usually push out new growth. We appreciate you giving it a few more weeks to see if it recovers and we assure you we'll make it right if it does not.

Ordering was easy and efficient. Communication after their receiving the order was was very fast. Delivery was faster then anything I'm getting today, including Amazon. Trees were packed very well and were healthy except a Japanese maple which was in some shock. I called and spoke with a rep who was very helpful and she said to give tree a little time and if it didn't improve they would replace it. Overall, 5 STAR!
I ordered 30 blueberry plants, 30 blackberry plants and 30 raspberry plants. They did not have 30 of the Everlasting raspberries so we changed the order to 15 and then 15 Caroline raspberries. In order to send the order out faster they upgraded the Everlasting raspberries to the 2 gallon ones for free. When we got the Caroline raspberries they were delivered a day later than told and were in rough shape. We ended up planting the 15 plants but 6 eventually died. They sent out 6 replacement plants after I sent pictures. They dealt with all my issues very well!
First, I love your product. The plants that arrived were excellent. BUT one plant did not arrive and instead of offering an honest refund or replacement, they issues a store credit. That feels like cheating. I would otherwise be happy to buy again, but store credit is just a trick to force more purchases. Not cool.

I ordered and received two white hydrangeas. The leaves were pale yellow and spotted, the stems were turning brown. They both died within 2 days.

I had ordered 2 Stella Cherry trees. Both died, but they had replaced them with 4 to 5 for trees. These look like they should live
The avocado tree was what I expected but the mouse that came with it was not!
The box says this side up however they put two plants per box but in oposite direction so imagine what happens when you open the box. The apple tree got its root chopped so badly, it is not making it. The avocado tree looked terrible but it looks like we r going to rescue it. Dwarf banana leaves were dry with exception of two. The other plants are ok, traumatize from shipping but doing good.

Order 11 fruit trees of various varieties. Along with 20 Thuja Green Giants. They all shipped and arrived well. Great quality it seems. All plants seem to be doing well. We'll see in a year!
Already wrote you guys the day I received my trees that one looked like it was dead! Even sent you pics! For $69 per each of the tiny pomegranate twigs you sent me I would've expected quite a bit more.

I made multiple purchases of fruit trees and bushes and some flower bushes. The first several shipments arrived damage due to carrier but items were also missing. Cassidy was excellent with customer service. Although it took a really long time to get replacements and some of the initial shipments, the product quality cannot be matched. I use these for events, parties, galas and fundraisers but also got a few for myself!
Spent just as much on smaller trees as we would have paid at the local nursery for larger, more mature trees. Also, price dropped 20% after we ordered our trees but still before we received them but there is only 7 days to price match. Oh well. Trees arrived healthy however.

The tree arrived in good shape but was not as tall as expected. It was planted the next day and about a week later my subdivision was hit by a pea-sized hail storm while I was not at home. The hail stripped the top limbs of all the needles so I don't know yet if the tree will live. It has been almost week and it is still green.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
