The tree barely made 6 ft when it said 6 ft to 7 ft but it was packed well and got here in a timely manner. When I wrote an email asking about the tree being a little bit Brown I got no response I wanted to alert them just in case it didn't make it so I can get my 30-day guarantee but otherwise nice product.

2/3 plants i received look terrible and are about to die or have already died. The consumer service has been great and have made it right.

The site well explains things for a beginner like myself. I have called for some support. I'm filling their direction and the plants seem to have responded well. Now it's a waiting game for them to mature wil be buying more soon.

I am satisfied with the way the plants are handled and packaged securely. They arrived in good shape. Although, I didn't expect the size of the plants to be that small, but it's okay, I look forward to seeing growth and flowers bloom in Spring. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly with the offer and delivery. I ordered a $#*! willow tree, ~4ft. The tops of the leaves all had tiny bite mark holes which made me nervous that the tree may have some bad insects or exposure to disease. I ripped off all the bad leaves and it's been planted for about 2 weeks and haven't seen any new holes.

We bought a rose tree, wisteria and 2 lilac trees. We planted then a couple weeks ago and the are doing great. The rose tree has a lot of blooms. We are looking forward to the years to come as the trees mature.

The online shopping experience was easy. Prices are reasonable and I liked the option of a one year warranty, which I took advantage of.
The shipping time was good, but the packaging left a lot to be desired. I ordered a 4-5 ft tree and it didn't have anything to hold the top of the tree from banging around inside the box. Some of the branches were broken and it looked pretty sad. We'll see if the tree makes it, but at least I paid for the one year warranty!
I hope they will figure out some kind of brace to slide in the box for the tops of the trees during shipment. That would have made my review a five star!

I bought an Apple tree and was happy with how fast it was delivered and how beautiful the tree was

I am a repeat customer for so many beautiful trees on my property. There was a former garden of fruit trees prior to purchasing several trees had not made it. And because they are in rows was added Fast Growing Trees to complete to the orchard. I now have fruit from apple, pear, peach, plum, and pecan trees. I've bought weeping redbud and weeping cherry along with some privacy bushes. Everything I've purchased are delivered in sturdy packages and healthy plants. Thank you!

I was a bit worried about buying two trees via mail, and was a little more concerned when Fedex was delayed a day BUT I couldn't be happier. My trees arrived healthy and are thriving after a month. The prices were very reasonable, the selection was vast, and the web experience and subsequent follow up allowed even someone who didn't have the greenest thumb to make the perfect selection for my yard. I'm certain I will buy again from this site.

Experience was great. However, the tree is not looking healthy. I got one from QVC and it is full of leaves looks much healthier. I will continue to water, feed and hope the tree leaves start to look a little healthier.

Both my apricots trees have died. The trees took one week to arrive and had wilted leaves. They never improved and died quickly.

I ordered a rose bush as well as a lavender bush, plus some food and watering accessories… the rose and accessories came without difficulty. The lavender was lost. After being in touch with customer service it came. Basically dead. The CS rep said they would take care of things quickly. I had to write twice to get feedback. I'm waiting for my new lavender. Fingers crossed

Even though I didn't open the box for a couple of weeks and the leaves were all dried up the tree is doing great ~ new leaves have already appeared……MAGIC!

We had a deer eat the leaves and it has been a hot. So the tree did not survive even watering it every day.

My first tree ever bought and planted in my very first home purchased. Well it showed up very dry and almost dead. I sent message right away to let you guys know then your green thumbs jumped into action we got it dr up and in the ground with hope it grows but just in case they sent me a brand new tree witch arrived today destroyed but that was because of fed ex who I've filed claim with they set in on my porch standing on a Lean up and it was upside down roots slid down and broke tree in half. But in a better light the first tree is starting to cone back thank you to your green thumbs!
