I purchased a few trees for my new house. Being a person that moved to zone 6 from zone 9. I was surprised at to what trees I loved in zone 9 can "survive" in zone 6. I purchased a crepe Myrtle and planted in the ground. Also purchased a meyer lemon. When it arrived the lemon tree was broken in half. I planted in a pot to bring in during the winter. I called fastttees and said I got half a tree! They shipped a new one free. Now I have a small lemon tree and another full sized. I let you know if I get lemons.

We ordered a fast growing peach tree and were shocked to see a peach the 2nd season. The third season (2022) we have over 50 peaches! None are large enough to eat yet but can't wait to see what happens next year. We are very happy with our purchase.

I've ordered plants from other sites before but this was the best outcome yet. When I opened the box, the leaves were slightly wilted (who wouldn't be?) but a good watering perked them right up. I planted the crepe myrtle right away and it's looking perfect. It never went into shock. I will definitely shop here again!

Tree arrived with brown, wilted leaves. Completely dead a couple days later. Warranty doesn't cover shipping so not worth getting store credit when shipping is more than the tree. Really bummed to have wasted that money on my husband's father's day gift.
I placed an order of clematis armandii to be shipped to CA. The plant couldn't take the 6 day journey in the mail and arrived half dead. I immediately emailed the company with pics and they sent a prompt replacement. However the same thing happened twice more so the company quickly refunded FULLY. I had purchased the warranty for extra protection but they informed me they would have replaced it anyway under their " Alive and thrive" ( or something like that) guarantee on any order. Very happy with the prompt and honest service.

I paid $109 for a clementine tree. Their website showed a picture of a cute little tree with several branches and fruit. I didn't expect fruit on the tree I received, but I did expect it to have branches like the one in the picture. How disappointing to get a "tree" that had no branches at all!
The other trees I ordered were, of course, not as pretty as pictured on the website, but my expectation is that they will perk up when I water and repot them.
Customer support did reach out to me after I complained on their website. I appreciate their courtesy. I still think that pictures on the website should reflect what the customer will actually receive, not an aspiration of what the tree might look like someday.

We ordered eight fruit trees. The shipper damaged four of them. Per our request, two were replaced and two refunded. So nice to deal with.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
