I ordered the tree because the site stated items shipped in 1-2 days unless otherwise noted. We were experiencing a much cooler Spring with 70 degree temperatures and light rains. Perfect for planting. After 1 week with no shipment started I made contact. I was informed that the heat wave in my area was not good for new plants and shipment would be delayed. I replied that their weather information was not correct. Another week passed and when I inquired again I was informed that my shipment would occur in another 5 days, exactly when our heat wave was forecast to start. I canceled the order.

Initial order was delayed by a few weeks, however when the phenomenal lavender plants arrived (x15) they were super healthy very well packaged and ready for planting.

So easy to work with. I even made an error in my online order that i caught on receipt. I called the Help Line and they were great. No problem fixing it. Mandavilla was boxed perfect, shipped to PA quickly. Arrived in perfect healthy condition. It is beautiful and great potted on my patio. It's surviving my brown thumb. Lol

I had bought three trees - two weren't doing well. I sent photos on two occasions and spoke to the friends sales associates. They were very helpful!

Plants arrived whited, broken stems. Two have hence died.

They were not bare root - large size with leaves on them.

I received my tree half dead, called, sent pictures, emailed and NOTHING! I paid way to much for this tree to be ignored! I want a refund you can have your dead tree!

I received expert help in ordering trees as a " house warming" gift for my sister-in-law who lives in another state- she has received the trees & we are both really pleased.

Bought the peaches in honor of my wife who died of dementia and they look more like weeping willows but that may be their normal appearance. The other fruit trees and the blue berries are excellent and I likely will order a few more peach trees later this summer.

I ordered four blueberries and four blackberry bushes. I was amazed at the quality of the plants upon arrival. I planted them the following day. But the next week was HOT (100*) and dry. They had a few wilted leaves, but they have recovered and are simply awesome for newly planted bushes. I really am very impressed and I've already looked at a few different trees. I will definitely order again!

I had a few plants die on me during FedEx shipping delays. They replaced with healthy trees. I've purchased about 7 fruiting trees from them and I am happy with what I have received.

Their stock arrives in excellent condition, but as a beginner, I made some mistakes in planting. I will do a better job this time because I bought the insurance and could replace the items. My first Annabelle Hydrangea showed up in terrible condition, wilted and completely dry soil. Without ANY hassle I was immediately shipped a new one that arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering again in the near future.

It died immediately. The tree was already wilted because it had been sitting in the box in the mail too long.
