They either came broken or took forever to grow. The replacement tree that they sent ended up dying. They also like to deny that your tree is dying until the last moment of your deadline to return then they'll admit the tree is dying. Really annoying in my opinion.

I bought a mango tree, it came a week later due to delivery which was not the fault of fast growing trees. Tree lasted about a week. I purchase the warranty and they sent me another tree which the delivery was much faster. The new tree is doing just fine right now.
The plant was packed so well that no dirt escaped it was in good strong healthy condition when I got it.
Very pleased. They answered any concerns pleasantly and thoroughly.
Tree arrived quickly and looked great. My problem was I planted it and it seemed like it was not hardened to be outside. Some notice as to introduce it slowly to being in the elements would have been helpful. It's survival at this point is doubtful.
The money tree I bought did not have enough leaves nor was it twisted well enough in the stems.
The other plant I bought was so small, and it died after 5 days of planting it!
