This is a second cherry tree that I bought from you guys and within a month the tree dies I've been doing everything that the instruction says I put fresh start I put fertilizer and I watered twice a day for a whole month and three days anyway after couple of days you could already tell the tree is dying the leaves are turning yellow it doesn't make sense to me why they die
Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. My only concern was one of the two Roses was shipped in only mulch, no soil. It is a little slow to get started.

I purchased a fig tree & it never arrived. I contacted you to track it & was told it was further delayed after a week! No one contacted me with this info & I had to cancel it. Then run around to find another one elsewhere. Just horrible service & very disappointing. Not what your website advertises. Janis Bell
We are very sorry that you did not receive the email regarding the delay. Certain plants are more susceptible to heat stress and with the extreme temperatures we were having across many states, we decided it would be best to wait until the heat wave passed to ship. This ensures that your plants arrive healthy and happy.
The website is great - lots of information, lots of choices, easy to use, easy to order. The shipping was fast and the trees arrived in great shape. So far they are flourishing and look fabulous in our yard.
My plants arrived crushed and in dire straits. To their credit, they shipped me a new/replacement plant but it too was far more damaged than I find acceptable. I will be buying from a local nursery in the future... not online.

I ordered a bush and an herb plant and they were packaged beautifully! They arrived in great condition and so far are doing well.
I purchased a grafted peach tree. I was promised fruit if not the first year, for sure the second. Here we are year two zero fruit. I was disappointed in the size as well as the service. When I reached out, everyone was just trying to sell me insurance on my whole order. Even though the raspberries I purchased seemed fine. The tree was WAY smaller than if I bought local. The website is WAY WAY overpriced and far from what they promise.
We apologize for your experience. We off the 1 year warranty at checkout which covers all the plants on your order and unfortunately we do not have the capability to insure just one plant. We're glad we could ultimately help to make this right

I had ordered a dogwood and fed ex got delayed and the tree had black leaves. Dead! II called and they shipped another one out FAST.!

The tree was shipped quickly and was in great condition when it arrived. We were quite impressed with how healthy it is.
Shipping took about two weeks from purchase to arrive to me and both trees were so tiny, barely over 12 inches tall. For $100 per tree, I expected much more. Will not recommend and won't purchase here again.

I ordered 2 passion fruit plants for my fathers for Father's Day. When they finally arrived the box was smashed, with one plant on top of the other. Unfortunately, they are very damaged and not doing well. This has taught me a valuable lesson to not gamble on companies not bought locally

They are online/remote Nursery. It is amazing to observe them providing healthier plants and better after sales support year after year!
I got a corkscrew willow. I planted it right away and the leaves on it were dried out. The leaves fell off and now the branches are turning brown. I think it is dying but will wait to see if it comes back. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again. Waste of my money.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
