I have been sent dead plants on 3 separate occasions now. I will never shop here again.
When I ordered the trees, they came quickly and mostly in fair shape. A few arrived in poor shape, and I hoped that they would grow anyway. The day that I put them in, winds came up gusting to 50mph, and dropping the temperature to 35 degrees. A few days later, another windstorm hit, gusting up to 50mph. I have watered the trees, and put them into some good top soil... but our soil here is largely clay, and I'm not sure if that is a problem. Five of the original trees did very poorly, and the company replaced them since it was within the appropriate time frame. Now we are getting into summer and our high desert heat is here with 90 to 100 degrees. I'm not sure how well these trees will do going through our summer. I realize that none of this is FastGrowingTrees problem... except for the fact that they do a nice job of making me feel that I've made a good choice, and I appreciate that! I will keep trying and see how well these trees do, after our jump from winter to summer.

I bought 2 plants almost a month ago that said 1-2 day shipping and still, nothing. I emailed and they said that they were waiting for good weather,- which we have had - and I would receive at a specific date which has come and gone and still nothing!

Your company really needs to do a better job of packaging and protecting the plants you ship. There is NOT enough protection between them; consequently, the pots and plants roll and slide around inside the box; one pot & plant gets pushed up into the other plant … everything's a mess. Crushed pots, damaged plants, broken stems. I ordered $350.00 with of roses last year I was SO DISAPPOINTED when I received them.
Order some of the same plants for replacements (winter-kill) and the ones this spring, arrived in the same packaging & condition. I had to cut off half the plant, due to the damage done to them. Disappointed & Ticked, Both! Don't think I'll order from you again. Sorry!

We're so sorry to hear this! It's common for plants to drop flowers, fruit and even their leaves after they've been shipped and/or transplanted. This is due to the stress the plant encounters being in a box without sunlight or water for an extended period of time. Being that we are plant people we advise to give them a couple of weeks to push out new growth. If for some reason they do not recover, we have them covered!
The trees arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. Much better experience than dealing with a local nursery
The arrival of the trees was pretty fast, I had already dug a hole and prepped the area for planting! Added new soil and follow the directions of panting along with the added nutrients pack I had purchased from the site and place the tree gator above the mulch. Currently are on 3 weeks of fully planting the tree and it is on its last days, the tree immediately started browning, with water consistently the tree has continued to dwindle! I feel fastgrowingtrees.com shipped a diseased tree doomed to fail! Overall I am very dissatisfied with the product

I ordered 4 trees 3 came when expected the 4th one (the more expensive one) was several days late and definitely dried when it got yo me. I have been keeping it watered hoping it won't die on me. I also bought the 1 year warranty with my trees.
I really appreciated the variety of trees and bushes that they had for my growing zone. When they were delivered they were amazing and more than I expected.
Customer service was great but both trees and their replacements have died. Just not sold on this bare root method!

FedEx was supposed to deliver on Sunday, no package. Then it jumped to delivery on Tuesday. My package sat in a hot (it was over 100 on those days) truck for 3 days! When I opened it the plastic bags were full of steam. One tree is doing well, the other one not so much, i. E. one has new leaves budding out, the other only had 3 leaves left from the heat, and so far(over a week) no new leaf buds.
Rude customer service. Spent 200 dollars on sickly looking rose trees. Sent pictures and indicated my dissatisfaction. They said the trees look fine to them and no refund.

We ordered two trees and three gallon buckets of ground cover. The trees never arrived which we needed by the date they were to arrive. Had to reschedule our landscaper and things weren't ready for our guests. Called, worked things out and Fast Growing Trees were gracious enough to take a percentage off our order. Our landscaper planted the trees, looks like they're dying but hoping it's a simple matter of shock and they will make it.

I did not receive all of the plants I ordered originally, the ones that showed up were really beat up. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They answered quickly and had my order taken care of within an hour. The new plants arrived less beat up but still a little worse for wear. All are planted and will need time to heal. Can't say enough about the customer service. Wondering if there is a way to more tightly secure the plants and soil in the pots knowing the shipping companies are not gentle in their delivery.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
