All of my plants including two trees were crammed in a long box with broken leaves and broken stems and now even the buds that were beginning on the geranium plants have fallen off all of the rose petals that were on have fallen off. I've followed instructions completely and thoroughly and it looks like I'm just watering crap.

Dirt fell out of tree bulb into box when opened. Therefore, the bulb was loose making it more difficult tpo transplant successfully.
Tri color dappled willow tree is a unique addition to small bed at side of house. Arrived healthy and ready to plant even in very hot weather. Customer service adjusted delivery for when is best time. Very happy with this cute unique tree.

We had a disappointing experience with two of our four trees dying, however this company really steps up to the plate. They answer the phone, return emails, and do a good job of resolving problems. We live in Oregon, so our trees had a long shipping experience. We were refunded for a tree that died, due to not wanting to have a repeat of that. And a tree that became unhealthy and is in the process of dying has been replaced by the company. We feel Fast Growing Trees is a great company, simply for how they care for their customers.
I ordered 2 banana trees and they are growing beauifully. I can't wait until bananas start to grow.

I ordered before they ran out again. It was in excellent condition upon arrival and shipped quickly. I planted it in a large pot until Fall when it is not so hot. Our sweet Simba passed yesterday, and it will memorialize our golden retriever.
The tree arrived with tiny root structure, plus the tree only had a maybe 5 leaves on it. Honestly fat from what I expected.

Really good website. Great pictures and information. Easy order transaction and processing and within 2-3 days you have your tree/shrub! Everything is packaged good and most all had moist soil still and in good condition.
My husband and I wanted to plant 10 Emerald Green Arborvitae and an American Elm. We live in a high desert area and the Emerald Green Arborvitae trees had a hard time adjusting. My husband called the company and they gave us some tips on what to do and to let them continue to adjust and water more often. The trees continued to not do well but FastTrees was true to their word and replaced them promptly. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will be sure to use them in the future!
I purchased the most expensive trees to ensure fruit would produce fast and even got two they both arrived in the same box which what I would assume led to them both being broken. There is no way they will produce in first season now we are just hoping they survive.

When I ordered the trees, they came quickly and mostly in fair shape. A few arrived in poor shape, and I hoped that they would grow anyway. The day that I put them in, winds came up gusting to 50mph, and dropping the temperature to 35 degrees. A few days later, another windstorm hit, gusting up to 50mph. I have watered the trees, and put them into some good top soil... but our soil here is largely clay, and I'm not sure if that is a problem. Five of the original trees did very poorly, and the company replaced them since it was within the appropriate time frame. Now we are getting into summer and our high desert heat is here with 90 to 100 degrees. I'm not sure how well these trees will do going through our summer. I realize that none of this is FastGrowingTrees problem... except for the fact that they do a nice job of making me feel that I've made a good choice, and I appreciate that! I will keep trying and see how well these trees do, after our jump from winter to summer.

I bought 2 plants almost a month ago that said 1-2 day shipping and still, nothing. I emailed and they said that they were waiting for good weather,- which we have had - and I would receive at a specific date which has come and gone and still nothing!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
