Tree came in very good condition. Very well packaged.

The tree arrived in perfect shape, very well maintained, pruned and shaped. I did not expect that. Its was still pretty hot (last days of August in Houston, TX), so after planting it the next day, the tree dropped many leaves, they dried up and dropped. I poured some Mycorrhizal Inoculant right after planting, and two weeks later a ton of new leaves and branches sprouted all over the tree, literally all over, starting the very first bug nod close to the ground. I removed the unwanted one, and by the end of September the tree is so lush and very colorful - bright red new growth, orange and yellow bigger leaves. It is so gorgeous. I ordered 3-4ft, but the tree is definitely 4-5ft. Very good quality, will definitely purchase new plants/trees from this cite again, it is worth it.

Replacement trees were sent without issue and they are planted and showing new leaves. I'm thrilled!

I bought a blueberry bush from them It was tiny. And not healthy. It died. They replaced it with another inferior blueberry bush, scrawny and sickly. It's dying too. I bought another blueberry bush at Lowes. I planted it right next to the fast growing trees bush. It's 4 times bigger and only cost 12 dollars. It's growing like crazy every day it's bigger. Lowes $12.99... Fast growing trees $30.00 for a blueberry bush, and it's not growing at all! Their stuff is junk. Lowes guarantees their trees and bushes... just save your receipt. All the trees I bought at Lowes are doing great! It's much better to choose your trees in person... You would NEVER choose the trees they send you from fast growing trees... DO NOT BUY FROM FAST GROWING TREES. I purchased 2 or three other trees from them... all at once... No success with any of them... Buy your trees from Home Depot or Lowes.;. MUCH BETTER TREES... Never purchase plants online.! THey do not look anything like the picture they use to sell them!

I did not expect the very short dragon tree root. The two tea olives are great. The weigala came bug eaten and dry leaves and now I think will not recover at all. I called on that one and you sent a replacement but it is as bad. FedEx took 8 days to deliver and the Bush just did not survive. That one was a lot of money. So overall I wouldn't order again.

Tall, sturdy tree. Loved the product I received. Planted it as instructed and it is doing good.

I bought this fig tree for my wife. I had been looking at several different sites and stores. I chose to spend the extra money and buy here. It was well worth it from a quality standpoint. The tree was lush and well packed. There were many figs still trying to mature on the tree. It is a beautiful addition to our garden. I had looked at some offerings in stores and was very unhappy with the condition of those plants. When it really counts, I will use this company again.

We went on the website and ordered giant giant Emerald green fusha. These plants arrived in great shape and sooner than we even expected. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are great, the shipping is extraordinarily fast, and the plants were well packaged and arrived ready to go.

Beware of this company. I spent $527 and all trees are dead. When I contacted customer service they said to buy an additional $50 warranty so they could send more dead trees.

The process was easy and quick from beginning to end.

The trees came quickly and efficiently. They look good. Time will tell.

I'm super disappointed and frustrated. Even more so because I emailed them with the issue and sent over pictures and I received an automated response claim that what I had was aphid issues. I know my way around plants and if it was aphids I know how to take care of them. The issue is that the soil my plant was sent in is infested with ants and I placed the plant in my room and woke up with ants in my bed and all over the floor. This is disappointing and frustrating.

I received exceptional trees and customer service, and I'm quite satisfied. The trees were taller than I expected and in pretty good shape, other than 1 of them that didn't quite make it. I received a replacement right away and am back on track for having some home- grown bananas :)

Customer service is pretty good, trees were not impressive

First point to highlight is it's very expensive, I spent over $300 & all the plants I got were very very tiny or dead.

Ordered the 3year double knockout rose which was dead not even one bud existed.

Very disappointed with the overall order. Will never order again.

I purchased a $200 olive tree from this website and it is my biggest regret this year. It arrived nicely packaged however the leaves starting drastically falling since day 1. There were also millipedes or some type of worm infested in the soil that I had to pick off for a couple of days. I reached out to Melissa at customer service every single day because of how anxious I was watching the tree die so quickly. I asked for a replacement, a return, or something that can address the problem. The only "solution" this company offered was to direct me to "wait another week." At this point, I stopped putting in effort to try to work with customer service so I stopped reaching out to them. Instead, I gave a 1 star review on their website. Because of this, another customer rep reached out to ask me for a recent photo of the tree which I emailed, however, I still haven't heard back. $200 down the drain so I am an unsatisfied customer who will not shop at FastGrowingTrees ever again until they make the situation better.

The trees/plants arrived in good condition and in the approximate size-range as ordered. They seemed well-packaged except for a few broken limbs. They are doing fine in the ground but I cannot offer an objective assessment on their status as I have not witnessed noticeable changes. Based on comparisons with other vendors, many items from this vendor are over-priced. Perhaps this arrangement off-sets costs enough to offer "free shipping" for orders above a certain dollar limit. A pre-printed, standard planting instruction contained vague guidelines, lacking specifics such as soil mixture, how much to water initially at planting and frequency thereafter and etc. The instructions were not specific to the care and growth habit pertaining to the ordered trees/plants.

I have been looking at the website toying between the Leyland Cypress Tree and the Thuja Green Giant. Ended up buying 20 of the Leland trees. Shipping took an extra day. No problem … 10 boxes came in. Out of the 10,5 were crushed badly, to the point that the plastic shipping containers were crushed and the root ball was half off the tree. I planted them now in the ground for about 3 weeks. 9 of them are looking poorly. I watering them as instructed… not sure what else to do.
