Paid up for the larger specimens. However Chinese Pistache was skinny with tiny root ball. Kay Paris Magnolia 5-gallon was more like a 3-gallon. With that said, they are in the ground and look healthy. Time will tell. I like that FGT only sells male trees (according to chat) and something they should market. Lastly, the small hibiscus (impulse buy) is potted and already flowering. If the trees look great next year, I will be a lifelong FGT customer for sure. They make it easy to obtain hard to find trees.

There were no branches on one side and they had been cut short on the other side. Hope they grow back.

I bought a full size corn plant from your internet. It was pretty expensive. I received the order a couple of weeks ago. The plant I received looked terrible. It was severely wilted and had a lot of dead leaves on it that were going to have to be cut off. I called and spoke with a gentleman, sent him pictures of the plant and described to him what it looked like. He advised me that the plant wasn't damaged enough for a refund and gave me 10% off of the plant. He said that after I reported it it should come back to life. It's been 2 weeks since I reported it. It still looks the same. To make it halfway decent I am going to have to cut off several leaves, which will make the plant look chopped up. There's no way that the dead leaves will recover. At this point I wish I gone to Wal-Mart to buy the same plant at a lot lower price. The reason I purchased it from you in the first place I thought I would receive a beautiful and healthy plant. But what I received from you was below anything I would have purchased at any other store. It would have been displayed in the damaged area of the store at a severely reduced price which I would have never purchased. I feel I should have been sent a new plant. But the getalman I talked to didn't agree. I wont be purchasing anymore plants from your company. I was and am very disatisfied and disappointed with the whole situation.

We ordered 8 arborvitaes and they arrived healthy and in good shape. As described, they were between 12" to 24", none shorter and none taller. We paid for the guarantee so time will tell if the trees thrive and stay healthy.

The associate helping me was very knowledgeable and determine the best tree for my soil conditions. The trees I intended to buy would not have survived in teh rocky soil I have. The associate suggested a type of bamboo that would tolerate my soil
It was so sad to see all 3 trees we ordered arrive late and dead. We waited a while for the pomegranate tree to come back in stock and then waited quite a while to get it, and I was so sad to see our lemon, fig and pomegranate trees arrive dead.

The tree is not surviving. The leaves were off the tree upon arrival. The soul was really hot. The tree is not surviving. I'm giving it another week then i will call it in.

Only 1 out of the 4 trees was received with zero brown spots. The other 3 have several dead branches or leaves on them. Still waiting to see if they can be brought back to health. Extremely disappointed in our first and most likely our last purchase from this website.

The shrubs have been planted against a barren wire fence--for privacy and safety. The houseplants have replaced those I haven't had in years and had just the right5 spot for both!
I purchased a Meyer lemon tree and a bougainvillea. Unfortunately Southern CA was experiencing a record breaking heatwave at the time. Both arrived somewhat stressed, although this was no fault of the merchant. They were well packed with clear instructions on the box. The lemon tree has pulled through and is thriving. No matter how hard I tried to save the bougainvillea, it perished. I had purchased insurance on my order (HIGHLY recommended). After notifying the company of the issue, a new plant was arranged to be shipped to me in about five minutes. I'm thrilled! The heat has finally broken and my new baby looks to be thriving.
I'm so impressed. I most definitely WILL be buying from Fast Growing Trees again and I can't recommend them enough.
I bought 5 monster blue spruce trees in August that were quickly delivered. 3 of the 5 didn't survive the extreme heat and we're quickly replaced by Fast Growing Trees. I'm very impressed by their excellent service.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
