I ordered 5 trees from fast growing trees. One palm tree was never sent to me and another one (banana tree) was diseased and sad looking when I received it. I called customer service right away and they we great. They sent me the palm tree and a replacement banana tree after I sent them pictures of how sad this poor tree was. Both arrived about 4 days later in decent condition. The trees are all doing well but shipping was a bit harsh on them. I'm not sure if I would order from this website again for this price.

Any time I've ordered from them I received what I bought. My roses last year after year.
They tree and shrub I received looked healthy as far as I could tell. However, they shipped them together in the same box. They were tied to the opposite sides of the box so one was hanging above the other. Due to shipping them like this, the tree came damaged with a broken branch and the shrub was also damaged with more than half of leaves missing. If I ever order again, I would do one item per order because they will get damaged in shipping.

All prouducts arrived as described. I got 2 avocado trees (alongside a handful of other things), and when one of them died while another was thriving, I called customer support, explained that I had given both trees nearly equivalent care, and that the tree might have been sick upon arrival.
Immediately they sent me a free replacement, no questions asked. These guys are sincerely the best of the best.

The people could not be nicer and more accommodating. However, the majority of plants I have purchased over the last few years have died. I replaced the yellow rhododendron 3 times. I received the 4th plant just recently and I'm trying to figure out where to plant it so it won't die. The third rhododendron made it through the winter and bloomed beautifully in the spring... but died over the summer. I also purchased a red azalea just recently and it has also died. So, I think in the future I will stick to my local nurseries.

I think I may have driven them nuts! Called several times to make changes on orders, add / delete, shipping times and they have been so accommodating and patient with me I am incredibly happy with all in customer support / service! The items have not shipped yet, due to arrive end of September/ 1st of October so can't speak to product yet.

A ew days after I potted my avocado tree, the leaves started to turn brown and fall. I was concerned and immediately contacted customer service. As requested, I sent them a picture of what I was concerned about. The service rep explained what was happening and gave me a couple of suggestions and ask me to give it a couple of weeks at which time if the tree didn't improve, I'll get a new one. The tree has indeed recovered and it now looks great and well on its way to a healthy growth.
All went well, received as expected. Plant was in great shape.
Direct and professional. Follow up/coordination between customer and sales rep apparently ended when the customer completed the order and provided payment, I am no expert on planting a newly developed tree and wished for a bit more direction/suggestions from the sales, support rep.
Hoping the plants grow in soon. We have terrific heat and not enough water or rain here in the west!
Unable to find a young lemon tree or verbena in my local nursery I turned to google! Thankful I found what I was looking for. I received quick delivery and the plants were in good shape. After a day of sitting in water they looked perfect!

The Florida department of agriculture is coming tomorrow to confiscate and destroy the plant you sent me because apparently it is illegal to import a citrus into Florida. I'm not an expert, I just assumed if you were going to send them to me it was legal. I'm out $211, and subject to a fine.
The tree was small, but I expected this because I had limited funds to spend. The uppermost leaves were shriveled, and one (small) lower branch was dying or maybe dead. However, since I opted for the warranty, I planted my tree, am watering diligently, and will hope for the best.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
