I ordered two Pear and Two Apple trees. One of the pear looked rough and one apple looked almost dead. I contacted them and submitted pictures. Without argument they offered refund or replacements. I asked for replacements because I still wanted trees. I received replacements two days ago. They are doing okay but we'll know more in a week.
My first banana tree was damaged in shipment and mishandled by FedEx, but FGT quickly made it right by shipping out a new plant! It looks much better than the last one, and I'm grateful. Thanks FGT!

Last year I ordered two plum trees, and they were perfect. The cherry trees I ordered were less so. The problem? Do NOT order the 6' - 7' trees. They are crammed into a box too small and the tops are dead with broken stems. Buy the 4'-5' trees. They arrive in excellent condition.
I trust them to provide healthy and quality plants.
My first avocado tree was struggling up to two weeks after I received it in the mail. I called the recommended number for advice. I was told it might survive but regardless a new tree was sent to me immediately. I did purchase the warranty. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She was respectful, sympathetic and extremely resourceful.
I have received few dead plants and I reached out to support team with photographs sent upon request and nothing was done so far. She even suggested to plant it which I did and it's no more growing.
I called Fast Growing Trees to see if the Dwarf Italian Cypress was in their stock in South Carolina and was told Yes they are. However, after placing the order for (3) 4-5 foot tall trees I find that they were not in stock and had to be shipped from Northern California. Because these trees will be planted in Florida, and they're supposed to be trees for a deep south climate, I wanted trees grown in the south. The (3) trees on order were shipped in two boxes. One box was delivered (7) days after shipment, the other box isn't here yet after (10) days so I am wondering what condition the trees will be in when they arrive.

We order four trees, all came in a timely manner and were bigger than we expected but that was great. The instructions included were clear and simple, along with the long term care instructions on the website, we feel ready to have happy trees - life-long.
I have bravely ordered a couple of apple trees. They appear to be off to a healthy start, but the proof will be in later production of apples. I sure hope that this contrasts with my horrible experience with passion fruit plants. I bought two. One died quickly and was replaced. In time, the replacement and the other original also died. I went to a local nursery and planted a passion fruit bought locally. It is thriving in exactly the same location as the three that died from FastGrowingTrees. Frankly, I should have been refunded for those dead passion fruit plants. They weren't cheap.
The landscaper told me to buy trees by pot size. This site seems to sell by years old. I got the older trees but they arived with very small pots so I don't know what I got. I'm not sure if they are just in small pots for transport. So far the citrus are doing poorly they look near death and the bottle brush, eucalyptis, pomagranite, and olive look really happy. They are all getting plenty of water but it has been hot so hot. I made some shade fir the citrus but not sure if they will pull through. Fingers crossed.

Then was told to contact FedX myself as the system said incomplete.
After calling FedX told damaged in transit. Now FGT tried to charge me freight for replacement.
Now feeling loved here.
I bought these flowers thinking they would produce thes beautiful flowers quickly, however it just looks like a green plant with no blooms or even a start of a bloom

3 out of the 4 plants I ordered died within one week of delivery. The one that survived was a lemon tree. And the state Department of Agriculture knocked on my door yesterday and confiscated it. Apparently my state does not allow citrus trees grown in other states. I literally had to dig it up and hand it over. Will not do business with them again.

Very professional staff. Ordering process was seamless. Plants delivered directly to my door in excellent condition. My only complaint is that my order was split into two, therefore there were two separate deliveries at different days. Four plants from my order were overlooked and did not get shipped, however I received a full refund without any problems.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
