First, I have not received the trees yet but I had to put in a rating (I assume that they'll be great; I'll update if that changes). However, the customer service I've received has been stellar.
I realized I needed to have the utility lines marked after I had already placed the order, so I emailed them and immediately got a response that they would put it on hold until I was ready. It turned out that I could only put in half the trees that I ordered, what a bummer! They instantly refunded half of the order and immediately shipped the ones I wanted. They were incredibly quick to respond, handled the order and the hold without any issue or delay, and just seem very organized in general. Assuming the trees arrive in good health, they'll have a customer for life.

Ordered 2 trees; arrived well packaged and on schedule. A little rough for the travel, but watered them and set them to get some sun. New leaf on the banana within 48 hours and now the avocado has 3 or 4 new leaves as well! Very happy!
My tree came planted in dirt full of what I thought were worms, but it turned out they were maggots. Hundreds of maggots that turned into big fat flies that took over my home. Now my tree is slowly dying.

I am a first time buyer and appreciated the well-designed layout of the website to help me make my selections. I wanted to add some greenery to my patio and chose a banana and avocado tree. Both arrived quickly, well packaged, and ready to be planted. Both are thriving and really add character to my lanai. Instructions for planting and care were clear and concise, and both trees are on their way to one day delivering fruit in addition to dressing up the space with their presence.
I ordered the wisteria vine plant and it arrived during the week we had a heat wave. The poor plant arrived leafless and it looked dead. I added water immediately and contacted customer service to let them know of the condition it arrived. A few days later, I noticed a leaf sprouting at the bottom and a week later, the tree was thriving. This is week two and I can hardly recognized the tree. It is growing beautifully!
The item came in not healthy condition and has since died.

I had a tree I purchased did on me. The company sent me a new tree with no questions asked.
I purchased 2 small weeping willows. They arrived as advertised and in nice condition. They were planted a week and a half ago and seem to be doing well.
I ordered 5 trees in one order and was excited to receive them. But the shipping company (FedEx it seems) completely disregarded all the labels on the boxes. I don't think it was wise to ship multiple trees in a very long box. It created room for shipping and handling issues. The largest box was significantly bent, I was concerned with the trees being broken and at this point without dirt. When opened despite the company's attempt at good packaging, the trees were indeed so shaken up, that on one of them the roots were pretty much exposed and seemed to have half the soil I would expect. One tree barely stands up straight. I am giving the trees some time to see if they come around. A lot of leaves were lost, but that is expected with the new environment. I like that they tried to keep the stems sturdy with bamboo sticks for reinforcement. I will see how well they do within the first month. I am all for less packaging (in terms of boxes) if things can fit together but with boxes longer than 6-7ft, I think it's best to just pick something closer in size to the real size of the tree of you risk a weight imbalance, bending and also the handler to be careless of what is inside.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
