I was excited to get the forest pansy redbud. I ordered the 6-foot one. It was about that tall, but was about as thick as my pinky and pretty flimsy, and it had no branch structure except for a few twiggy branches, some of which had broken before/during shipping. The bark is very young and soft. Upon review I saw that the main stem was grafted onto a more established rootstock. I suppose that's the only way to ship a 6' tall tree, but I was hoping and expecting for something better. Worse, when I visited a local nursery a couple days after receiving my tree, I saw one about the same height for the same price, and it had natural growth and strong bark. It also looked like a nicely structured tree. Needless to say, I regretted buying online. I did not know forest pansy was so available in my area. My tree may end up doing fine, but it'll take a while before it looks good.

Ordered ten 6-7ft Newport plums and planted as soon as they arrived following the instructions. Two died within a few days of being planted, and three more died within two weeks. I did everything I could, and eventually pulled the dead twigs out to see that BrighterBlooms/FastGrowingTrees had harshly cut the main tree roots within inches of the trunk to fit the shipping container -- see the picture. These trees did not stand a chance. I notified them of this by email with detailed photos and asked that they honor the guarantee. They replied quickly by email saying they are only sending me three replacement trees, no explanation why only 3 and not 5. For $170/tree, I expected better quality and guarantee.

I've previously purchased an apple tree (5 in 1). And was expecting to have the same experience when I purchased my 2 in 1 peach tree. But that wasn't the case. I understand that when we are purchasing the tree, we don't know what we are going to get. With the apple tree, I didn't know what I was getting but when the tree arrived. I knew what I got because the grafts where labeled. That wasn't the case with my peach tree. The label only read "surprised 2 in 1". So now I'm stuck with a peach tree which I have no idea what type of peaches I'm going to be getting. Customer service said that because the grower failed to label them and instead of losing on those trees. They lowered the price (by only $20) to be able to sell it. I don't think $20 justifies them sending me a tree with " surprise peaches". I wish that someone from their customer service would have contacted me to let me know that these trees were not label and let me decide if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. One again, I am stuck with a tree which peach variety I won't know until it fruits. Which can be a year or more from now.

I ordered 3 trees in the 5-6' category. The trees shipped in two boxes very quickly but got separated en route. Second box came the day after the first one was delivered. Some of the nicest trees I have purchased online and I have ordered from several different nurseries through the years. I followed the planting instructions and they are in the ground and looking great so far.

I Planted my double knockout rose bush in the Spring, and it looks beautiful in the Fall. I am very satisfied with Fast Growing Trees.

Fedex delivered the trees and stood the box upright which caused them to break, isent a picture and told fast growing and they replaced at no charge... YEA!
