I emailed their customer service twice
1. Because there were no instructions of how to put the tree in the outdoor planter or plant it at all.
2. seeems as if the tree died quickly, losing all leaves after 3 weeks.
Neither inquiry was answered. And i will likely contact American Express to open an investigation.

Arrived safely and now in the ground. We'll see how they do. It's a little early for a legit review of the trees themselves, but the order and delivery was easy peasy.
First and last time I will order on line trees. One of the four trees was acceptable. The other three we missing a whole lower side. They were srawny and I would never have chosen them had I been shopping at. Lowes or Home Depot. At $100 a tree I feel ripped off.

It arrived perfect timing for planting but I noticed shots on the leaves when it arrived. After immediately planting the leaves dropped daily only top half of tree still has leaves. We are waiting to see if it makes it til next summer but I doubt it.

Aside from receiving my fiddle fig tree quickly, I was disappointed in my purchase. The tree arrived with damaged leaves, some of which were ripped and brown, indicating that they were damaged well before being shipped. Most of the leaves were covered with a white film and a closer look shows that loose leaves are not healthy. I've gently cleaned the leaves several times and they have still not healed after several weeks. Lastly, I'm concerned about leaving this review because this is the third review that I've left; yet I keep getting asked to leave a review - do you not have a record of my review?
The trees arrived on time and in good condition. However, they are very expensive for what we received. We expected a 6-7 foot tree to be more sturdy.
The tree arrived quickly and in okay condition. However, almost all of the dirt/soil had spilled from the planter and the roots were exposed. We quickly replanted into a new pot with the existing soil mixed with new. We are hopeful that it will recover and thrive once it adjusts.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
