I purchased 20 Thuja Green Giants. The pricing practices are deceptive. They make it seem like you're getting a killer deal. My order was 39% off plus I had a discount of 20% for referring a friend. I still overpaid $400 on a $1000 order versus if I bought the same size tree at Home Depot. I paid $47 a tree versus $30.
Contacted customer service and they disregarded my issue even though I've been a customer for over 5 years with multiple orders.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
