Bought a tree, but basicly got a long narrow stick. Alot thinner tree then I pictured. Guess that's a good reason not to shop sight unseen for plants.
I'm very excited to receive my very first order from FGT. Product selection, availability and delivery were top notch. I'm a little nervous about caring for the plants I selected because they are stretching my comfort zone and green thumb. They didn't come with much instruction and the plant care page is too generic, however as long as my plants arrive healthy and safe (they did) then I'm ok with having to do my own research. Learning by trial and error with an expensive plant is a risk I had to be willing to take. I'm very excited about my order! The peppercorn is thriving, my tea plant is doing "ok" but my vanilla bean orchid looks like a cutting they stuck in a larger pot just to upcharge me for the Gallon price :( I should have just ordered the smaller size, but when I got my plant I just downsized my pot, found a great growing spot for it and after a month it's showing signs of new growth.
Communication of the whereabouts of my order was never in question. The products were as described. I know I will be very happy when my plants reach maturity.
Good experience, selection and service. I do think your pricing is bit high for a 6 ft. Sycamore.
1) One plant was broken when delivered. The packaging was bent. Not sure if it will survive.
2) The second plant died after about three days. Don't know why.
3) Contacted FastGrowingTrees on the contact us option, but it has gone a couple of weeks now, and I have not got a reply.
4) Called the number listed on the WEB site, and that is not a valid phone number.

Called customer support for information about trees and shrubs and they were very helpful and guiding. This helped me narrow down to the trees I wanted to buy. Couple of my trees from last year died and I got a gift card for the same amount.
My avocado tree arrived with only one leaf. I planted it as directed and now it is dead.
Ordered 3 trees, after 2 weeks rwo died, they worked with me and replaced both at no cost. Definitely my go to tree source.

The first crape myrtle I ordered from them never grew, but I never took the additional insurance out on it so I was SOL. Tried my luck again and purchased 2 crape myrtles and 1 spruce. Instead of sending me the Natchez crape myrtle I ordered, they sent me a pink flowering tree. I had paid extra for the insurance this time so I called and complained, being that if I wanted a pink crape myrtle I would have ordered a pink crape myrtle. The pathetic excuse I received from a manager was "that's how they do it, sometimes they add in other trees to make it look fuller and when the tree grows you wont notice the pink." Excuse me what? That had to me the most unintelligent response I have ever received from a person in a management position. They then offered me 20% off my next order - you might as well have just told me to go F myself. After accusing them of fraud they agreed to ship me the correct tree. The replacement tree that arrived was half dead, bone dry and all of its leaves were all falling off. I chuckled because I was surprised they didn't ship me a box of dog poo, so I guess it was a win ;)
The tree arrived in a timely fashion with excellent instructions. It was in great condition and has thrived since planting. I staked the tree since we have a good bit of wind and it is doing well. The leaves are a beautiful color with red hues and I am very excited to see if it will bloom in the spring.
The plants I received were bigger and healthier than expected. Got them in the ground quickly and they seem to be doing well. The real test will be what happens in the spring but for now I'm very pleased!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
