My Maple tree is doing very well. I would also like to buy a wisteria tree, but you are sold out. When will you be restocked?
Previously order 2 trees. Trees looked like they were nice when put in the box. But were severly damaged. Two more trees were sent to replace the first 2. Great customer service, but these were also severly damaged. We called with what appeared to be the problem. Straps and boxes were fine, but seemed the root ball would come lose and fly to the other end of the box breaking limbs. Two more trees shipped to replace, and we decided to order 2 extra trees.
YEA! All 4 trees arrived in great shape. Thanks for stocking with us. Happy customer.
Very prompt order processing, excellent packaging and on time delivery.
Purchase process was easy and I received the box on a timely maner but the plant inside was almost dry and not in very good shape
It was my first time ordering. I was excited to
Gift a friend with it. Recipient reported that although box arrived upside down, plant was still beautifully intact. My only concern was that gift note was not as expected. It was difficult to locate and message was not as originally sent. They would not have known where/who it came from had I not directed them to look for the note.
Tree arrived & it did look like it'll survive - I planted it away
Watering it & fertilized it hoping for the best
I doesn't look good
The ordering process was easy and the shipping was quick. However, I'm concerned with the mango tree... it really seems to be struggling to survive. So far, the other trees seem fine... the blueberry and the grape vine look like they're waking up okay in the soil. Just the mango is losing leaves and doesn't seem to be pushing out any new ones. Is there anything you can do to help? Please advise.
Disappointed as I need 4 hours of sun to grow this sea grass and I only have one and a half hours. Going to trim two big trees in the spring when the sun is in a different position. Hopefully that will work. Been trying to grow privacy trees for 5 years and just realized the lack of sun was the problem.
I gave my review already a week ago. Follage was sparce on tree. Half the leaves were in bottom of box. Tree has been in ground for about two weeks and does not look healthy. Have been watering every 2 to 4 days.
Called to inquire about correctness of my order. Phone rep was rude, rude, rude. Took forever to get an answer. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told a supervisor would call. Never happened.
The plant I ordered was delayed by a week nice catalog. Wanted a drawf Japanese maple. Disappointed that it was sold out. Do not send me any more emails please
Well. 1 out of 2 ain't bad according to Fast-Growing Trees. Purchased (1) Granny Smith and (1) Honey crisp tree back in August. Granny Smith was great, but Honey crisp had dark dry leaves and looked like the limbs had been pruned almost to were it had a total of 4-5 branches. Notified FG Trees within 7-10 days and they told me it was Cercospora. I told them that this tree may not survive and this honey crisp apple tree was sent with fungi. Wanted new tree, but they did nothing.
So far so good. Plants arrived in good condition.
Now they are planted. I'm hoping for a nice bloom next spring.
They stood behind a tree that showed up with a fungus on it and gave me store credit for the equivalent amount.
Package well prepared and packed. Fast delivery as I was told.
Purchased about a dozen Thuga Baby Giants about 16 months ago. Planted immediately, took great care of them... yet they are pretty much unchanged to this day.
In fact, some died.
Luckily, I had purchased a warranty and it was properly honored... I received 3 replacements.
These are certainly NOT "fast growing trees"... my landscaper told me they are slow growers and this seems the case.
Oh well...
The "tree" I received was about as big around as a toothpick. The leaves started falling off as soon as the tree came out of the box. Particularly with delivery included, the price was FAR too high for what I received. I won't order here again; I'll stick to a local nursery or a reputable outfit like Monrovia.
I don't want to review my purchase, but since you won't leave me alone, here's 1 star.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
