Received summer crisp tree. I did receive a replacement tree and was able to keep wrong tree sent. However replacement tree very slim, no branches, just few leaves from main tree. Did plant, time will tell. Summer crisp overall better tree, more branches.

I received my redbud tree quickly & planted it the same day, noticing some nice new leaves growing. Tree is about 65 inches tall. We're happy with it, but a little worried that the entire trunk is pencil thin. New leaves have withered, also a little worrisome. After all, it's autumn, a time when leaves turn color & start to fall. We are excited to see it bud out next spring! Great hopes for the future of this tree!

The website was very informative and they had the specific fruit trees that I was looking for in stock. I placed the order in September and the trees came via fedex to the door in the same month. I see that they were cultivated in North Carolina which I did not realize before ordering, and I live in Michigan. Since I am doing fall planting the true test will be to see what happens in the spring.

I bought a 4 to 5 ft autumn blaze pear tree tree. It appears they may have trimmed off some branches to fit it in the shipping box. I hope it recovers in the spring and has the shape it is supposed to.

The plant arrived well packed and in good condition. I just planted in the front yard so let's see how it grows in the next few months.

I emailed their customer service twice
1. Because there were no instructions of how to put the tree in the outdoor planter or plant it at all.
2. seeems as if the tree died quickly, losing all leaves after 3 weeks.

Neither inquiry was answered. And i will likely contact American Express to open an investigation.

Looks healthy although it's nearing the end of the season. Decent specimen as far as size. Time will tell.

I'm not expecting this tree to live. As stated bad shipping experience. I did plant the tree appropriately. No life so far, time will tell.

Arrived safely and now in the ground. We'll see how they do. It's a little early for a legit review of the trees themselves, but the order and delivery was easy peasy.

First and last time I will order on line trees. One of the four trees was acceptable. The other three we missing a whole lower side. They were srawny and I would never have chosen them had I been shopping at. Lowes or Home Depot. At $100 a tree I feel ripped off.
