Tree arrived on time. Was a bit withered but water revived it quickly and it's doing great!
I paid 40.00 to have a new tree shipped. First tree lost all leaves. This one same e act thing.
Frustrating.
Very happy with the condition of the tree and service received. It went through a bit of shock when I got it but has so far recovered well. They were very accommodating with my concerns and questions.
Order 2 trees in 1 pot. 2nd tree was a dead 2 in. Broken piece. Customer service was great, sent another pot. 2nd tree there but 1 stick is dead, other might not be. Not sure if it's because fall was coming. I've planted both and will see if it makes it. But for cost I expected better
Thanks tree and bushes came undamaged and ready to plant. We will use fast growing trees again next spring. Do you sell annual flowers?
Fast easy and healthy looking tree. I was also very happy with the delivery time...
I ordered 3 Baby Giants and they arrived healthy, looking good, and in a timely fashion. I have ordered in the past from FastGrowingTrees and have been pleased. I will reorder again from them. I do recommend this company.
The rose trees arrived on the approximate date as promised and were appropriately packaged. The agent who helped me with my order was friendly and accommodating. I planted the trees following the instructions provided by the company. I'm hopeful that the trees will survive this time. I highly recommend the company.
Outstanding, tree looks Excellent!. Very well done. Well be back! Thanks again!
Tree arrived well packaged and doing well so far. Looking forward to see it in the spring
Very happy with Fast Growing Trees and their great customer service. Had to replace a tree that didn't survive and they were extremely helpful with procuring a new tree. Very, very happy, will order from this company again.
After receiving my order, I was able to find the same plants at a nursery that I just found (someone told me about). They had the same plants for 50-80% less in cost than what I paid with FGTs. I wish I had found this nursery before ordering from Fast Growing Trees. My plants came in a nice shipping container and were a little dry but in good condition except for one. I did trim the dead leaves off and nursed it back to health and it's fine now. Just disappointed I spent so much money when I could have spent so much less had I found the nursery I did. I will make sure to look thoroughly locally next time before I buy on-line.
The leaves on all 3 fig trees had black spots on them - the look sickly but alive
The tree took 4 days to get to California and it came alive and very healthy! It didn't even loose a leaf. Packed differently than others, roots intact with soil in the sack and ready to plant including a stake to support the trunk. I most definitely will order from them again.
I ordered 3 trees. The packaging was enough to protect them but their condition - very dehydrated, leaves had signs of fungus, and did not look healthy.
Received trees in a few days. Trees were better than local nursery. And prices were half.
The fiddle leaf fig was split into two branches pretty close to the soil making the tree pretty wide and unlike the single stem trees shown in the photos. I explained I didn't have the space for a wider tree and I wanted a singular root branch. They rectified the situation immediately. You should note that these are essentially final sales because they don't pay for return shipping. And
First call about the arrival of a diseased peach tree was excellent, whereas my second call about the replacement peach tree didn't listen to me at all. I sent him pictures of the tree and he kept telling me the tree was fine. Had me do the scratch test on the tree. The truck was fine. He asked if I did a scratch test on the first tree which I wasn't asked to do. He said that he was going to speak to the first rep because he should have had m3 do the same with the first tree.
I'm no expert, but does a scratch tell you if a tree is diseased? He said I should feel lucky because now I have 2 peach trees. I said what I really want is a disease free tree…many leaves eaten, holes in the leaves, etc.
It wasn't a good experience and I'm not sure I'll continue to but from this company.
Planted tree at end of september. Don't know how it will fare in upcoming winter, will protect it from the winter elements by covering it in burlap. Will know in the spring if it made it through the winter. Tree was delivered in fair condition. Some of the leaves were already dead.
Tree was in perfect condition when I received it. It is fall now so we will see how the winter goes. Hope to see leaves on in in the spring
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
