The tree arrived, after a week in transit, with a dry root ball and very few leaves still attached and those were dry and wilted.

Did speak with customer service and they were less than helpful. Telling me it's normal and give it some time. Hopefully they are correct and it will leaf out this spring.

Magnolia trees arrived fast and in good condition. Planted them as a birthday present for my wife. They been in the ground for a few weeks and look good.

Unfortunately when I received the trees, later than the date promised, the box was broken up and very damaged. Inside the trees were dead looking dried up, branches broken, they were unsalvageable. The only good thing I can say is that I was refunded my money without any problem once I sent them the pictures of the trees

Black Mission fig tree that I ordered was nothing like the photo of the "tree" that was posted on their website. The photo on the website was of a "tree" with a single upright trunk with branches and leaves growing at the top third or fourth of the tree. What I received had no single trunk, but five branches growing laterally out of a stump about three inches high.

I received heathy plants including blue spruce, holly bush and arborvitae They were well packaged and undamaged upon arrival.

I purchased 14 Thuja green giants. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We followed the directions and I can't wait to see how fast they grow! I will be making more purchases in the future.

Needed a new tall plant for our newly renovated space. We decided on a 5 -6 foot fiddle plant. It arrived quickly in its perfect box. We bought a beautiful large planter for it. Magnificent!

I receid a scrawny, unhealthy looking tree with leaves covered with small bug bites. I complained. They sent me another, in the same disheveled shape. I wouldnt have bought them if they were in a nursery.

I am sure they are going to be awesome. When they arrived, they were dry & the leaves all fell off. Got them in the ground & very soon, lots of new leaves.

I ordered a 3 gallon pampas grass and a honeysuckle vine. Both arrived in perfect condition. Both of these plants were impossible to find locally. I'm very pleased.
