My first tree order arrived severely heat shocked. Every leaf was burnt and mottled and they all shed.

I must say that the company was very accommodating and sent me a second tree, but sadly it was in the same sorry shape as the first. So now I have two twigs.

The situation may related to the fact that I live completely across the country — but I would not take a chance with another long distance purchase.

The website to order was very easy to use. My new tree came on the day it was scheduled to arrive. The tree was not damaged in the shipping process and ready to plant. I ordered a small crepe myrtles tree for my front yard to get my HOA off of my back.
The price of the tree was very reasonable and if my HOA gives me more grief about any landscaping I'll definitely order again from this company.

All three plants were root-bound and covered in what looked like dust but was sticky and didn't rinse off

Long time waiting for my order. I then received a request of how I liked my items. I hadn't received them.
Order number being asked about did not match items on the order.

The tree arrived, after a week in transit, with a dry root ball and very few leaves still attached and those were dry and wilted.

Did speak with customer service and they were less than helpful. Telling me it's normal and give it some time. Hopefully they are correct and it will leaf out this spring.
