Most of the products I have bought all with the compost offered and extras, have died. Most of them die within weeks, and others I have babied along for a year and then by the second year has died as well. Warranty is not good after a year and each order has been running me just over $200.00. It's been a waste of my time and money. The warranty only gives you credit toward more product on your site, not including tax and shipping cost, and then those have had the same issues. It's been frustrating to say the least, to have worked with Fast Growing Trees. And my Magnolia tree came with two tags explaining the type I bought and I still don't know which one I have actually received and if it's the one I ordered. Thank you.
As a California native, I didn't realize some species of Redwood would grow in this harsh climate. The "Dawn Redwood" is rated to survive Wisconsin winters. We'll see how it does...

They initially forgot a tree in my shipment but sent out another shipment quickly after I called. All of the trees we received were about a foot shorter than the advertised size. Trees of comparable size could be obtained locally for much less.

My plants arrived in perfect time and in beautiful condition. The braided ficus tree is beautiful in the living room and the split leaf philodendron has a special spot in the dining room. Looking forward to more plants in the future! But highly recommend this company.
We have only had the tree for about 3 weeks. We opened the box and planted it the same day exactly as indicated in the instructions. There has been no visible change from the box to planting 15 days ago. It appears to be asleep for the winter but have no way of saying for sure if it is asleep or not developing to any type of growth. It would be fair of me to say it is great, good, or bad at this time. That is why I rated it only with 4 stars. I t arrived and appeared to be in same shape as it is now and I will continue to monitor in every day until there is some sort of change and I will report on my findings as they develop.

I ordered my tree and it came packaged beautifully and the tree was in perfect condition.
I was given a gift certificate because I was wanting a Red Buckeye. Fast Growing Trees showed them out of stock and to sign up for they'd let me know when the buckeyes arrive. Problem is the buckeyes never arrived. I called customer service, and the phone call was answer with a promise for a call back after investigating availability which never happened. I finally ordered an American Maple which got lost during shipping. That was the shipper's fault. When customer service was contacted, they replied that day with a replacement tree. The replacement tree arrived on schedule with prefect packaging. The original order finally arrived but the box was damaged and had been stretch wrapped to hold it together. About half of the potting mulch was spilled out but otherwise the tree appears to be undamaged. Had it arrived in this condition before the replacement, I would have rejected it as damaged. I understand the shipper paid for replacement. I'm giving 3 stars because the shipping package in my opinion is pretty secure. Docking 2 stars for my original experience with the Red Buckeye that never was restocked.
Planted the tree and the leaves seemed to be distressed from the get-go. Since planting 2 weeks ago we have had freezing temps that have pretty much made the remaining leaves turn and some fallen off. Hope it recovers and comes on strong in the Spring.
I ordered a couple of plants. They all came very fast, and the packaging was outstanding. The plants were in excellent condition, and instructions were included. A few days after the planting, my rose started losing leaves, and I began to worry. I called the company and got a live person on the phone; they assured me that all that is normal for November in Florida. It has been a week, and my rose is starting to grow new leaves. My avocado tree is still adjusting, but it looks like it is getting a little better every day. I will buy from this company again.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
