One tree (out of 3) was absolutely not as expected (or ordered). I complained staight away but have not heard back from the store. The only reason I give 2 stars and not only one is that 2 of the trees was as expected and ordered.

Russian pomegranate arrived sickly and didn't survive. Disappointed because I was interested in it the most. Lilacs and other fruit trees seem to be doing fine.

Beautiful tree, arrived unbroken and has a great shape
My tree arrived in rough shape. I contacted them and they gave me 5 weeks to decide if I wanted to return it for a refund. It sprouted new leaves by the 3rd or 4th week. It's a very happy tree now.
It was hard to find a source for a native Beautyberry shrub. Your phone reps were very helpful with the delivery arrangements I had to plan around a trip out of town. The shrub arrived looking good and very well packed with recyclable material. I think it will be a nice addition to a front lawn that I am enhancing with native plantings..
We received the trees right on schedule. They were packed very well. The planting instructions were perfectly clear. Two branch on the apple tree was broken. We trimmed the broken branches and are hoping the apple tree will be fine. The apple and pear were noticeably smaller. Even my five foot wife is taller. The pear was not rapped in burlap and the other three were. We weren't as pleased with this order as we were with our shade master order earlier this year.
I bought an avocado tree, unfortunately it didn't survive the 1st year, as I had an insurance, I got a replacement avocado tree. When I received replacement I immediately saw this tree will not survive as it wasn't healthy, all leaves had brown spots and were falling, the trunk also was going brown and was dying. This tree shouldn't be sent to begin with. Yes, I got reimbursed but the entire experience wasn't pleasant.

Our tree order was delivered to a wrong address. When we called Fastgrowing trees for assistance we were told it was NOT there responsibility as to where Fed Ex Delivers the trees, and that it was my responsibility to find were the trees were sent and pick them up from that location myself! We are talking about TWENTY trees! I thought they were joking, but nope, they were not. Absolutely absurd!
The tree is beautifully shaped and arrived in just a few days. Instructions were easy to follow. Personnel were very helpful in placing/correcting our order.
Plants arrived in perfect condition with numerous buds on the rhododendron which will hopefully blossom next spring.

I ordered a "3 gallon" Bismark Palm for $150. The plant did arrive in a 3 gallon pot but the plant is exceedingly small. I'm not sure how old the plant is but 6 yr old Bismark Palms are selling locally for $400 and are contained in 30" by 30" planter boxes. The plant that I received could probably been contained in a 1 gallon pot. I wish that there had been more information and/or pictures of the actual plants that are being shipped. I did not want to spend $400 on the palm but, in hindsight, it would have been a better purchase.

3 years ago I ordered a Blue Ice Cream Banana Tree. Finally I got very tiny Cavendish Dwarf Bananas. They sent me a replacement, but were too cheap to also include a packet of Rout Rocket for my 3 years of caring for the wrong item.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
