Fast delivery. Citrus trees were a very good size and well packed. Unfortunately, one of the trees arrived with a broken branch during shipping (it happens), but I called and customer service shipped out a replacement tree right away, no hassle. Received 2 - 3 Gal Camillias in damaged condition from poor handling during shipping. Called in my complaint to Fast Growing Trees and 2 new Camillias were sent back out to me right away. You can't beat that for service after the sale. I'll be back!
Order 3 earlier this year. They where package well and met the order specifications. One was smaller than the other. Took me 1 month to plant since I was clearing an area to plant them. Once planted,, they are doing great. I just ordered 4 more for next years planting.
I ordered a lemon, lime, and avocado tree as Christmas gifts for my brother. As promised, they arrived the first week of January. The citrus trees arrived in good shape but the avocado tree he received was not in good health and doesn't look like it'll survive much longer.
I purchased a 'Carolina Sweetheart' tree for my newlywed daughter and son-in-law as a new home housewarming gift (in N. Carolina) and as a symbol of their love and marriage ('sweetheart'). They were thrilled with it, and planted it immediately in their new front yard, leaving plenty of space to allow for root growth, as it will mature into a fairly large tree.
I'd like to see a lot more native plants/trees/shrubs along with details about the pollinators they support. Maybe links to Homegrown National Parks or National Wildlife Federation backyard habitats certification?

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
