We ordered 8 trees which came in two separate shipments. Both were nicely packed with no broken branches. They were healthy and larger than we thought. Hope they survive the winter, but were planted as recommended in the ground. We wrapped in burlap so they wouldn't get frost bite during a very cold spell. Can't wait for spring to see how they grow.
I was expecting to receive a nice plant, perhaps a little roughed up from the shipping. To my pleasant surprise, the plant came not only in excellent condition, but also it was lush and in the peak of health. It needed no TLC to recover but immediately was ready to fill its role in enhancing our home. We are very pleased.
3 of the 4 trees looked very healthy. One looked kinda dried out hope it makes it. So far ok.
The palm arrived with little to no soil, leaves are wilted and brown. This is my 2nd purchase with Fast Growing Trees that I have been disappointed in quality of product and care for the plants. It's frustrating, waste of time and money that they would send plants like this to customers.
Ordered 8 trees and they all came very well packaged. I planted them on the day I got them and just over 1 month later, they are doing good. Make sure to water everyday for half a year until they are established.

Looking forward to planting in the Springtime. Impatient to plant, I ordered ten baby giant arborvitaes in December. The FastGrowingTrees managers explained the trees won't be delivered to my area until Springtime, when it's growing season and time to plant. Thank you.
The tree I got was fine. Big issue with how they do business in general. I ordered 2 trees. Both were advertised as being shipped within one to 2 days. After not shipping the 2nd tree after 10 days I told them to just cancel it since I was goin away and they refused. Not only was it false advertising they appear to also be unethical.
A week after I put the plant on the ground the plant died even though I followed all the instructions.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
