First time user might be the last. Received our avocado tree in record time. That was great! However, all the leaves have fallen off and the tree is starting to turn black. I've contacted the seller via email twice. The only help they have provided is to request a picture. I hope they come thru for me, I would really like to order from them again.
The trees I received were beautiful! I only had one that didn't make the journey, but the service I received after was amazing. Within a week I had a replacement tree and support the whole way through. Excited to see my small nursery of trees grow!

We received 2 Myer lemon & Keylime combo bushes. At the time of arrival we opened and both 3 gallon pot were pretty beat up, and one of the bushes were over pruned by a lot. These have now been in their new pots for about 3-4 weeks and now I'm loosing a lot of leaves on both bushes. Not sure if these are doing all that well.

I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase of a fig tree; so far. I ordered the tree to be delivered before Thanksgiving, however I waited home all day, and it never arrived which was too bad because the person to receive it would not be available again until Christmas! I waited home the Friday after Thanksgiving all day, and it finally arrived around 5p.m. When it arrived it was a 7 foot stick that I discovered was dead! There were no leaves, no figs, not even any sprouts/buds! So I called customer service and they confirmed that it was truly dead based on photos I sent them. They told me that they were going to send me another one. I told them I did not want another stick, and could they please send one with leaves and figs? So a week later, they sent another bush looking one that was only 2 feet tall. Again, it had no leaves or figs; however it did have some sprouts/buds. So I was OK with it for now to see what the future will be with it? I purchased the 1 year warranty, so I do have time to see if it lives and grows. Since I paid $170ish for the 7 foot tree, I felt that there should be some compensation for the difference in size, so I kept contacting customer service a few times, and finally in mid-December they issued a $70 credit to my credit card! Now, I will see if I have success with the tree? I must admit that their customer service is very good because every time that I called they tried to or did something to assist getting the replacement tree, and FINALLY the refund for the difference; it's just that you have to keep on them!

We ordered 8 trees which came in two separate shipments. Both were nicely packed with no broken branches. They were healthy and larger than we thought. Hope they survive the winter, but were planted as recommended in the ground. We wrapped in burlap so they wouldn't get frost bite during a very cold spell. Can't wait for spring to see how they grow.
I was expecting to receive a nice plant, perhaps a little roughed up from the shipping. To my pleasant surprise, the plant came not only in excellent condition, but also it was lush and in the peak of health. It needed no TLC to recover but immediately was ready to fill its role in enhancing our home. We are very pleased.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
