I have asked that your trees don't come broken. Here lately every time I get trees from you, they come damaged.
I have bought from other nursery's that are not too impressive. On my first purchase with FastGrowingTrees.com I was very happy that I bought from them. Their plants were very well kept and arrived in pristine condition. The Finger Lemon plants came with a plastic pot, soil and wrapped in a plastic bag (the pot and soil not the whole plant). The other nursery's would just send the plants naked risking damage to the plants roots.
I ordered 2 climbing hydrangeas and they arrived in excellent condition. I will definitely order from FGTs again. Highly recommend.
I placed an order that were to be shipped in 3 to 5 days and instead it was never shipped. I called customer service and they told me that my order was not going to be shipped until five months from the order date. This was something that was not communicated in any prior communication and so I had cancel my order altogether. Overall a unpleasant experience and I will not be shopping with Fast Growing Trees going forward.
My wife had wanted a Bird of Paradise plant for a while but none were available locally. The purchase was easy and plant arrived as promised.
Ordered the product for a Christmas gift, order confirmation said it would be shipped in 1-2 days. Then called and was told they wouldn't ship until April. If they weren't shipping until April then DON'T charge my card and take my money for five months. I cancelled the order. Extremely disappointed.
Got a 4-5ft tree as described, but the tree is only a handful of leaves on the very top of a 5 ft branch. There's no scenario where the tree bares fruit this year, over a month with no growth.
I ordered two trees for Christmas. Technically they are not supposed to be delivered to my area in the winter. I was able to get the trees in excellent condition to give as gifts. The people I spoke with were all helpful and friendly.
When I pulled the staples out, one of the large leaves was wedged between the flaps of the box and broken. The box was full of loose soil. What a mess. One of the plants had a plastic bag with soil and the pot with the plant placed in the bag. The leaves on the largest plant were split, broken, and yellow.
Shipping was fast and plants came in very good condition. I appreciate the laminated instructions that came with it.
This is the 4th Dead or nearly dead plant I have purchased from you. The only reason I keep tyr ing that you would not refund my money when you said you couldn't get me a black pepper plant to the west coast alive. I tried something more hardy...an 3 foot Avocado Tree and it also showed up nearly dead...time will tell if it will actually recovers or not. Its not looking like it will!
Last year for xmas I bought myself a Hardy Acacado tree. This Christmas it is loaded with blooms and 10 times bigger. So I bought more trees for myself for xmas this year. You should too.
I received a somewhat bad looking kiwi vine on my first order. They promptly sent me a much better looking plant although I have since learned they go dormant in the cold weather.
I'm hopeful the yellowed tree turns a corner and begins to look better. The other tree looked great.
Hard to find Meyer lemon local (California). For gifts, and getting more. Meyer not available in market.
W e had trouble with a Crape Myrtle and when we called, there wasn't enough that you all could do for us!
The immediacy of your response was unexpected. Thank you!
You are are as exceptional as your your products!
Definately buying ghru these people again. Prices were fair and everything arrived in perfect shape and arrived early! Awesome experiance
I received 5 trees that were healthy. They were as tall as described. However, they reached the height because of a single long top shoot. The tree otherwise was about 2 feet shorter than described. The trees were healthy green but were very slim. I can count maybe 5 limbs on each tree. It will be 2 years this spring since planted. They are starting to fill out. I like that they had the variety of tree I wanted but otherwise I would have chosen a much fuller tree.
I received the trees in good shape and are doing well in the greenhouse until Spring.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
