Ordered and received my tree within a reasonable time. Box was severely damaged. There was leaf damage, but tree was protectively packed, not damaged further, and much larger than expected. Contact with customer service was fast and easy. Very happy with the tree.

My plant, which we immediately took to our local plant shop for repotting, began to lost its leaves and droop by the third week. We are hoping that it will come back but this is the second plant that hasn't thrived in a house full of thriving plants (many from simple cuttings). It's a mystery...I suspect that the outdoor plants and trees do better than those cultivated for indoor living.

A summer storm took out the last of our beloved Lindens. We wanted to replace it with a fast growing, color and shade providing tree.
I received my Moringa tree, still living and healthy as promised, put it in the ground and it quickly started to root. Then Helene hit and snapped it off at the one-foot mark, unfortunately. My only real criticism is that the price was much too high at $98. Had it been 30 o 40 dollars it would have felt like much less of a loss.
It was an easy and beautiful experience. My trees came well packed and it was easy to transplant and now I have these beautiful trees in my apt!

I purchased hydrangeas that came with spots on several leaves and within days they were rapidly completely covered in the spots and are very sick with fungus, that has probably now gotten into the ground that I will have to treat when I replace these things. When I reached out to customer service for help, I did not receive a response. However, I did receive this email telling me to rate my experience with their customer service.
All in all great plants…. Grown to survive, Very healthy, and when packaged for shipping, well thought out so it would make the brutal environment it had to live in until un packaged. When it arrived, it was if you just picked it up from the nursery. Today still growing strong.

Our Golden willow was ok with some broken branches
But the choc mimosa is just a stick. All branches damaged basically zero growth on it. It literally looks like we planted a stick on the ground. Not satisfied at all. That was a waste of money
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
