Plant was fresh healthy and arrived on time. There were no issues. With the order and loved the plant

Got a very good young plat of bay leaf straight home. It likes it here, came in good condition, didn't have problems to adjust to the patio. And it is tasty too.

One of our trees arrived damaged. It wasn't the fault of FGT, but rather the shipping company. Tree was upside with loose root ball and broken branches. FGT immediately replaced the tree and gave instructions for how we might save the damaged one. We'll definitely be back for another purchase!

The trees came Packed perfectly. They were in great shape. They were very easy to plant. And fertilize.

Purchased 44 trees last year, 17 did not survive and replaced this year without issue.
Impressed with the tremendous growth of the original 27, a few are still getting their footing but doing well.
Chief complaint is with shipping. Despite the sturdy condition of the shipping boxes and obvious care the packing team takes to secure the plants, plants often arrive distressed, crushed planters, exposed roots, damaged limbs. I did file two claims and r replacements were shipped immediately.

With packing 2 plants in a box, they receive a fair amount of damage. The cost is as much or more than buying locally. Having the plants shipped is convenient but size and condition is not as good. One of the plants I purchased (burning bush) was so small and damaged, that I replaced it with a larger and healthier burning bush that cost less than half of what I paid from fast growing trees.

Ordered two 3-gallon pots of peach trees. They came in with leaves already turned yellow, and am trying to grow into healthier conditions right now.

I have purchased two trees and both of them are dying. I have had one of the replaces and with winter coming I don't think the replacement is going to make it as it was brown when I got it.

The customer service from Lisa was fantastic but not sure on the condition of the tree

Had a few plants not make it and they got me replacements fast and easy.

Received plant sooner than expected. Plants arrived in good condition. Planting directions were simple and easy to understand. Planted per instruction plants have taken root and growth has become visible. Looking forward to seeing results in spring/summer

I bought a cherry tree from you that it come a little smaller than expected but in very good condition.
After developing new growth it start to dry. We try treating it for pests and root simulator.
The following weeks it seems to be improving and new growing start coming from the bottom up, only to completely die a short time after.

I was a hesitant at purchasing a citrus tree online but living in southern Ohio a few big box stores carried dwarf citrus but they weren't very healthy looking and were so small. I came across Fast Growing Trees looking for reputable source to purchase a dwarf Cara Cara orange for a patio container. It arrived quickly and intact. It's also thriving! Very happy with my purchase and would order from them again!

Ordered a a lovely willow tree as a gift. It was delivered very quickly in excellent condition and sprouted new shoots almost immediately. VERY SATISFIED.

We ordered 36 1 gallon forsythia to plant on our new property fence line. They arrived healthy and we plan to get them in the ground next week.

Shipping was fast, the trees arrived in excellent shape. One of my trees was not delivered but another one was sent out quickly.
