My kids laughed when I told them I was getting a tree in the mail, but it came, packaged carefully, in good shape and ready to plant. I planted it right away. It's been about 6 weeks now and the tree is looking good!
I purchased hydrangeas that came with spots on several leaves and within days they were rapidly completely covered in the spots and are very sick with fungus, that has probably now gotten into the ground that I will have to treat when I replace these things. When I reached out to customer service for help, I did not receive a response. However, I did receive this email telling me to rate my experience with their customer service.
All in all great plants…. Grown to survive, Very healthy, and when packaged for shipping, well thought out so it would make the brutal environment it had to live in until un packaged. When it arrived, it was if you just picked it up from the nursery. Today still growing strong.

But the choc mimosa is just a stick. All branches damaged basically zero growth on it. It literally looks like we planted a stick on the ground. Not satisfied at all. That was a waste of money
Delt with them for about two years as I am designing my yard with privacy trees as opposed to fences. Quite a few of the ordered trees that I received were either damaged or had root rot. The final straw was when my last order wasn't satisfactory and I requested replacements which they denied originally until I posted a review on the matter. I finally received an email saying " we apologize and will send out replacements". Out of three trees they sent one darn tree! That was the straw that broke the camels back for me. You lost a good customer
I have received trees that have wilted, broken and root rotted molded roots only to be told. There's no warranty.! Why do I need a warranty when it was shipped from your facility this way?

I had a japanese maple delivered last month. There was a major limb broken off, apparently during the packaging process. The leaves all had brown tips, possibly due to heat stress. The box was delivered on my front porch on a hot sunny day when the label clearly stated to keep it away from heat.

Narrow and refine your search options down to what you're specifically looking for: you'll be amazed how many plants are available for purchase. Shipping and delivery were 3/5: once the plants are shipped they're not expertly cared for - unfortunately some of ours were damaged and it's taken a labor of love to get them growing well. We placed a big order, only two trees didn't survive the shipping process, Fast Growing Trees replaced them with zero issues. The replacement trees are doing awesomely well.

My first Hass Avocado 5-6 foot tree failed under warranty. FGT accepted my claim (with pics) but had no replacements in stock. The item was supposedly placed on a ship when items were received. Ok, months go buy and nothing heard. However FGT's website showed 4-5 foot trees were in. I called in and soon a replacement was on the way—but only by my follow up, not FGT's. The new tree arrived with it snapped almost in half. No protective packing was in the box, which I found odd since all prior plants had been. I called FGT and (after more pics) another replacement was on the way. This one arrived intact, but again no protective packing was in the box. These are not bare root trees, they are in heavy planters in moist dirt—heavier than the tree by far. I'm happy to get my new tree after six months, but I'd hope the nursery would take more care for everyone's benefit.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
