This is my 2nd order. My first order turned out great you replaced a couple that just didn't want to root. The rest are great even though I could plant them all in dirt. Needed to fence the area because of wild horses,I should be good now.

Plant arrived fast and was packaged well. Unfortunately it has not grown any and the leaves continue to fall off despite being taken care of perfectly and indoors.
I ordered 3 wax myrtles; first shipping was delayed by several days. When the trees finally arrived, the box looked like it had fallen off the truck and then got run over. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I should plant the trees and come back if they didn't make it. The trees were in pretty rough shape and all had been hacked off at the top so that they were only ~1ft tall, despite having ordered the larger 5 gal size. They were also all crammed into one box and were not really secured to keep them from getting jostled in shipment. Unsurprisingly, all three are dead less than two months later. I would expect that a company that specializes in shipping/delivery of live plants to have a better process in place to assure safe shipping. Very disappointing experience.
Bought a few items and besides the boxes being damaged everyone arrived safe. Unfortunately I was in the path of hurricane Helen so the orange tree did not fare well (wish I could send pics). I dug her up and brought inside. Cut off dead limbs and she started new ones near base. Hoping for the best.
I have one tree that didn't make it and they gave me a credit for another plant. Very pleasant to deal with. I will continue to buy from them.

Recently purchased another fruit tree and had a great experience! Unfortunately a root treatment didn't arrive with the tree but the staff quickly fixed and sent the order along free of charge.

Ordered 2 trees: both arrived broken in half. I've tried to reach the company via email with absolutely no response. When spending this much money the product should not arrive damaged and no ability to speak to someone to resolve.

My 6 hybrid willows are growing robust; my 3 Leyland Cypress are still standing so I think, they are going to make it, yeah! My 2 Carolina Cypress are standing tall and green, and last-not least, my 2 phenomenal lavenders are doing so well too. So, I am very please with the Fast Growing Trees staff for their quality and excellent customer Service.
I got 7 out of 8 junior thuja evergreens I had ordered. I think one is already on the way to my address. All leaves of one of the junior thujas are dried but the rest seems to still be green, so I hope it stays alive. Delivery time has been much better! The leiland cypress and hybrid willows I ordered previously are doing very well. I appreciate your business! Imelda and Gerald Bishop.
If I to only find the pictures you advertised online of the two plants I received that look like someone played football with them. They were almost dead. Soil was everywhere. There was nothing put in place to keep them stable whatsoever nor the soil in their pots...
From the looks of them they were on their way out before you even sent them. What false advertising. Hopefully you get caught someday
As far as customer service they have been available to answer guestion I might have about recent first time purchase. The plants were not package the best being two in a box where they had not been handled probably the best. Packed in bags where the dirt had pretty much ended up in the bottom out of the actual pots they were place in. No cover on one to hold the dirt in place. I took the time to place in large size planters with good drainage and soil. I won't really know until spring to see how they develop. I believe they will be okay and grow into what I was hoping for. Customer service has been good in responding to my concerns which is a huge plus these days. I think they do the best they can so the customer is satisfied with their purchases.

When I received my tree, it arrived with a few leaves off it. The representative asked for a picture of it which I provided. Explained that I should allow a couple of weeks for it to get acclimated to the surroundings.
Lingonberry plant ordered was to be gallon size, but plant was loose in box, and most of dirt on porch, and probably in delivery vehicle. Dirt in box did not even fill 3 inch pot, and gallon container was totally empty - it had no plastic around it, and nothing to hold plant and dirt in. Plant tiny and beaten up - was a very sloppy packing job.
Ordered 8 Leyland Cypress trees - delivered in great shape and after 1 month still looking fresh.
I ordered two plants that both that were carefully packaged, and far exceeded my expectations. I made a terrible mistake, nearly killing one of my plants within a very short time. I want to make it clear that it was completely MY FAULT. Thankfully between the combination of the health of tree when it first arrived and FastGrowingTrees' staff's guidance, I feel like the plant may be okay!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
