My tree came well boxed and on time. It was easy to plant. I'm looking forward to seeing the first year of growth in my backyard.

Gotta say. Disappointed… tree is tall yes…6 feet but it literally looks like a pencil … one tiny branch on it …. I went past Lowes Home improvement the next week … same size tree tins of branches and HALF the price …. Sorry first and last time buying anything there … and the lilac …. Not much better 🤦‍

I have ordered twice from FastGrowingTrees during the past six months and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the plants, as well as the service. The trees were packed with care and delivered in a very timely fashion. I plan to order again this spring.

Plants arrived in perfect condition no damage and healthy. I like the warranty, if they don't survive.

Didn't take long to get and came healthy! Got three pine trees on first order. Second order was two strawberry and vanilla hydrangeas. Everything was healthy. Can't wait till next Spring to see my hydrangeas! I hope they will bloom and stay healthy for years to come! Where I planted will get plenty of sun!

Fast delivery, tree soil still contained even though laying on side. Hoping my tree survives the winter!

They arrived healthy and in the fall, the leaves started to fall off as soon as it arrived. I called customer service and they instructed me to scratch a bit of the bottom of the tree to see if it was green or white. It was fine. I am eagerly awaiting spring to see it sprout leaves an grow.

I worked in a large commercial tree nursery and we would have sold these as rooted cuttings for a fraction of the price I bought these for. You're much, much better off going to a local nursery or Lowe's to get something even if you spend a bit more. Keeping these alive will be dicey because there's so little root structure.

They basically cut off a 1 foot branch and stuck it in rooting hormone and waited a couple of months. You could do the same by buying a single tree from a local supplier.

Completely garbage experience.

I purchased six items in either late October or early November. Three of the items did not look good upon delivery. I notified the company of this with photos. I was told to give it a month. I accepted that, after a month I again sent photos of the three plants in question one large hydrangea and two mums. I called the customer service phone number from the website explained everything over the phone. I then received an email informing me that the mum's are not flowering because they are out of season and the hydrangea was also purchased at a bad time and it's not uncommon for the leaves to fall off, etc. etc. My hydrangea looks worse than Charlie Browns Christmas tree! I would never recommend this company. One last point I do live in South Florida and we had not received any cool or cold weather during the time that I had these plants.

Best customer service we have ever had from any company. Fast, courteous, easy to get a hold of a live person which is sooooooo refreshing! They stand by their products 100%!

Incomplete order, bad looking plants, no refund yet

Ordered items, received incomplete order, I was told told there was a new shipment, it didn't arrive, few days later I was told that they don't have it anymore.

Waiting on refund ever since

My weeping willow came carefully packaged and in excellent condition. It is planted and thriving and I love it so much.

I was helped to make the correct choice for my situation and the full set of instructions came with my tree.
