I have always been very satisfied with the citrus trees zI purchased from you. So much so that ZI have recommended you to family and friends. However this last tree, or actually two Buddha's Hands trees, just haven't done well from day one. The leaves starting at the bottom and going up are turning yellow and falling off. But I realize I may be the one at fault.
The trees I bought are thriving in their new homes on the patio. Just lovely!

Today I purchased something that will be delivered in Spring, I didn't even know there is such an option, thanks a lot to Ashley who answered all my numerous questions regarding the plants, its care and maintenance, advised on the fertilisers and helped to schedule the delivery in March, since it's too late to plant bushes to the ground and it would be better for them to sit at the nursery, however the price and availability is locked for me now, because there is a chance those particular plants will be not available in the Spring, but the ones i bought today will wait for me regardless!
It's my third order and looks like i am getting addicted. Although i am not a green thumb at all, everything from this store is so healthy and alive, even i can grow it without problems.

We were looking for a specific tree. We live in Southern California. The tree was not available locally but we did find it online and placed the order. The tree arrived in good condition and was ready to plant upon arrival.

The only issue was with the delivery. The issue was with FedEx, not Fast Trees. The tree was delivered on the date it was supposed to; however, FedEx delivered the tree to another residence, even though my name & address was clearly printed on the shipping label. I spoke a representative of FedEx who happened to be in the Philippines. My repeated request to speak to a representative in the U.S. was denied. I then spoke Patricia at Fast Trees and explained the situation. She informed me a tree would be shipped the following Monday. Patricia was very helpful & understanding. My neighbor, who received the tree brought it to me on Saturday. I phoned Fast Trees & canceled the reorder. Thank you to the high level of professionalism from Fast Trees.
Arrived in great condition and ready to plant. Planted late October and are looking strong and healthy 5 weeks later. Just had our first hard frost and ready to trim them back for winter. Can't wait until next bloom!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
