Need to find another carrier. The product where going back and forth to different warehouses and staying for severval days at a time. The one box I got had been dry rotted where it had been wet and thrown around so much. It looked like something was stacked on top of it being the pot was bent all up and the dirt was out of the pot.

I was able to take advantage of some substantial savings even though I was unable to except delivery. I paid for several Thuja Green Giant at discounted price with a delayed shipment due to my time constraints and winter weather.

The plan is to receive the tree in the spring. I have purchased many trees from FastGrowing Trees. They have a great customer service department. I brag about the company to my gardening friends regularly. I have no doubt that my spring delivery will meet my satisfaction. One of these days I will submit pics of all my trees to show you why I keep purchasing from FGT.

Ordered 40 Leyland Cypress trees to make a privacy hedge. The trees arrived in a couple of days and they were in great condition! Got them planted and so far they are doing well!

The three trees and one bush arrived quickly and in good shape. Of course it's winter now, but I'm hopefully they will lead in the spring. Only wish instructions would have come earlier as I had already planted my trees before I received the email.

Hasn't grown at all. I used a clean pot and organic soil. Nothing at all. I used self watering pot. Very disappointed. Especially since I paid almost 100.00 dollars for it.

I just wanted a small lemon tree for my daughter in Florida. I had previously ordered her an avocado no problem. For the lemon tree you kept sending me to another site that was so expensive. Totally out of my range. I settled on an olive tree but still not happy and delivery in February!

This is not the first time that I've ordered plants from fast growing trees, in fact, I have never been disappointed. This is the first time that I've ordered for my new home in Florida, zone 10. Wasn't sure what plants to order but navigating the website. I not only got great plants but also an education it also always surprises me how well the plant are packed and arrive. I highly recommend them no matter what zone you live.

I bought an orange tree as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. I was concerned that shipping it in cold weather might be detrimental. I easily reached someone to address these concerns prior to making the decision to order. She was very helpful. Later, I spoke with someone else when I found out the tree would be delivered just before my son and DIL left for a two-week Christmas trip. I was given specific instructions to keep the tree healthy during their time away. All customer service encounters were easy and friendly, and the people I spoke with were very knowledgeable. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I studied the website for several months, considering what kind of trees to plant to create privacy in my backyard. I changed my mind more than once. But when I finally decided, I got 18 beautiful arborvitae's. They arrived when they said they would, which was very fast. Packaging was excellent and no damage occurred to any other plants. All and all this was an excellent experience. And I've nearly recovered from digging 18 holes.

I contacted FastGrowingTrees about the condition of trees ordered. FedEx had delays of three days during very cold weather and one tree had leaves dropping. Second part of order was delivered in good shape. Customer services immediately responded to my messages giving advice and also to contact them again if tree didn't leaf in Spring. Very helpful. Mentioned their helpfulness to my family as I recommended them

During the hurricane in sept we lost 15 trees, We needed to begin rebuilding the privacy we lost. The 6' cypress trees we ordered were actually showed up taller and packed two per box. The trees color was so dark green and look so much more health when planted next to a couple big box store trees we planted before the storm. I will buy again. Very impressed.
