I simply order the trees i wanted and with in just a couple days they were at my door. Amazing quality better than what was expected.
I ordered over $400 worth of product which should have given me a discount of 25%. I had also received an offer as a first time customer of 15%. After I completed my order I realized I had only received the lesser discount. I immediately messaged the company via email. Justin responded saying I could only use one discount. I then responded then give me the greater amount. We went back and forth a few times with a few hours or up to a day between communications. Finally, I said just cancel the order and I will place it again. At this time I was told sorry too late I was over the time allowed for canceling. It was not an enormous amount of money but a very frustrating experience. I sure hope these trees live because i really never want to deal with your customer service again.
Order 3 months ago and no trees. Be careful. They are a scam
Ripoff Will not order from them again
Haven't received order yet and was charged on my credit card over 3 weeks ago
My trees arrives quite dead. Avacados frozen from their fight in a cargo plane during winter. Their leaves crumbled like potato chips. The returns dept advised me to wait month or two as they were dormant and would sprout in the spring. Avocados dont have a dormancy period, they were delivered in full foliage, frozen dead foliage. Now they are tell me they can't process the return until a 30 day period has passed. I'll never purchase from they again. If you live near them and can pick up living plants in person, they do have great stuff. Otherwise buyer beware of their no return policies.
I'm just bummed to have spent over $80 for such a couple tiny little branches. If I had known the 3 gallon size would be so small I would have just propagated a large Branch off of my old landlords 50 ft beautiful fig tree. I may still do that since she offered. I do love your company though. I'll still buy other plants in the future. This wasn't my first order.
Ordered 4 hydrangeas….2 died and 2 survived….They did replace the 2 that died but the shipping was like $150. A little on the high end as were the plants just in general.Communication with their plant experts was pretty good over email and calls.
I have gotten information timely when experiencing a concern with one of my plants.
I received my plants in great condition. My planter said the root system was excellent. Can't wait for spring!
The problem was with the shipper. Two shipments damaged The second one with three burning bushes was deemed undeliverable. But was promptly replaced with healthy bushes. So far very pleased with the plants
Had to call customer service for planting info that should have been included with the plants.
I ordered 3,3 gallon blueberry bushes. It was a spring pre-order sale. Bushes to delivered in May, as suitable for zone 5. Then I get an email saying they are shipping in early March! Not sure what I'll do with them until the snow melts...
I have received lots of advertisements, emails, etc but still don't have a tree
Plant came with good instructions. We're pleased. Looks good on our kitchen window sill.
Received as advertised and continue to flourish! I will be ordering from them in the future
The box arrived and I noted it had been inspected at some point in California. The pot and plant were at the opposite end of the box from where it was supposed to be. A stem or stump sticking through the end of the box into the open air about 3 inches. Uncertain how tall the tree was when it left, or if it was supposed to have any leaves on it. Planted it and we are just crossing our fingers that it sends out some leaves.
All plants in my over $2000 order said they would ship in a few days. I still don't have 14 plants and it's been almost 4 weeks. I just received an email statement that some won't arrive for another 6 weeks. Several packages that have been delivered were stacked against the house standing up so all the soil had covered the stems and the roots were just about bare. FedEx drivers cannot read obviously. The boxes say lay flat.
2 trees lived so far one did not so ok
Weeping willow made it thru snow and freezing weather
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
