The tree arrived healthy. However, my husband is concerned there is no sign of growth yet. We've had lots of rain with 40° nights. Keeping fingers crossed as we would like to order more trees and shrubs.
Shipped February 14, delivered Feb 17. Coldest weather of the year across the country. Why when your product page states will ship week of April 4th. When Pensacola Fla gets 8" of snow it is no time to be shipping citrus trees. Upon opening box tree looked pretty bad. Followed instructions and gave it 3 weeks to shows signs of life. Nothing! Branches are brittle and snap like tooth picks. 1" above soil scratch test is green\white. However, apprx 10" above soil scratch test shows dead brown wood. This tree is not thriving, not showing any sign of vigorous, flourishing growth. No indication this is going to develop into the health, robust 3' - 4' lemon tree I paid for.
I ordered this tree with one specific requests, but unfortunately, I encountered two issues.
The tree arrived much earlier than expected. I had specifically requested it to be shipped in mid-to-late March, and I even received a call informing me of delays, with an expected delivery in early April. Instead, it arrived in early March, when we still have cold days and nights.
Upon arrival, many leaves had fallen off and were scattered at the bottom of the box. It looks like the tree was shaken quite a bit during shipping.
Overall, I was disappointed with the shipping process and handling.

For whatever reason that is prohibiting the delivery of my most recent order, I am very disappointed in Fast Growing Trees. I am already making payments for this product with nothing in hand!

Happy with the healthy trees I received and they very packaged with care, that makes me a happy customer and would not mind buying more from fast growing trees. There was also an issue with courier not fast growing trees but all I had to do was call their customer service and they instantly sent me new ones and that meant a lot to me knowing it was either of our faults but they did the right right thing and you can tell they are a company of morals.
Can't review something I haven't received yet. Was supposed to ship the first week in March. Now you say April. Starting to feel like I made a bad purchase online
Ordered a tree which arrived dead. Still trying to get FastGrowingTrees to make good on their guarantee. They seem to think it will rise again after Easter.

Delivery was fine. Tree was well-packed. It is budding already, but we'll see if it eventually bears fruit. It would have been helpful to include an information card, but I went back to the website and cut and pasted the info. I needed.

Tree was broken at a very unnatural bend (IMO) causing it to break due to being tightly tied to the stake. My reply from customer service was essentially "it should eventually grow back). Now I'm stuck with a 8 inch bare stalk above the ground.
I bought two plants for a photo shoot, I contacted customer service to say they didn't look good or happy at arrival, and I was asked to wait for the plants to bounce back after being transported. I'm still not happy that my plant is not thriving, the Dracaena Corn Plant never recovered, I definitely would like a replacement. The Bambino Fiddle Leaf Fig looks aged and never vibrant. I ordered a fig tree. It was delivered on time. I received shipping updates. The tree arrives a little roughed up due to shipping but seems to be doing well.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
