The Peach trees and cedar trees are in great shape and I love them. The 2 black gum and poplar seem to be in very poor shape and I think one of the black gum is dead
I received the plant and it didn't look good. I called and was told it's shipment shock, give it a few weeks... that has not worked and now the 30 warranty process is not looking like they have any intention of making this right.

Since the avocado tree that I ordered hadn't been shipped yet, I ask them to cancel the order as I was afraid that it would not produce in the Panhandle of Fla. It was the nicest and easiest canceling I have ever experience.
I placed 2 orders, the first came quickly, the 2nd still hasn't been filled and every time I contact them they have another excuse! It's a shame because the lemon tree I did receive was beautiful, but I will never do business with them again. They haven't even kept in touch to let me know what's going on, I have to chase after them to hear the latest excuse. Very disappointed
It's hard for me to review something when I haven't even gotten what I ordered yet. Am I going to get my plant or my tree? Is it gonna happen? You're pretty quick about taking my money.

Order was placed end of February and promised to ship week of March 5th. Status shows not fulfilled. This was intended as a gift. I just hope this wasn't a scam.
The site needs images of what you are actually ordering. Show what the 1 gallon, 3 gallon, 5 gallon, etc... looks like! You only have photos of mature plants. It's extremely frustrating. I thought there might be actual nursery images on instagram, but no. When I call to ask what size a certain plant is, customer service doesn't want to tell me a height!
I bought a bunch of fruit trees, black berry bushes, rose bushes and flowers. Not a bad plant in the whole shipment, and everything was well-treated and growing despite the shipping by UPS. Got them planted and within just a few days they were sprouting buds and new leaves. Turned out much better than I was expecting. Plus when I called them back for advice, they seemed to know what they were talking about and I was happy with the customer support.

I told multiple employees that FedEx does not deliver to my address or ZIP Code. Only UPS and that if they couldn't ship at UPS, they should cancel my order. I still have not received my plants that I paid for.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
