I have ordered thousands of dollars on this site but I have had so many of the plants fail. Compared to other site I've purchased from, plants from fast-growing-trees.com seem to die the easiest. I believe a big part of it is the health of the plants when they ship. The plants have often arrived with pests, moldy/rotten leaves, and diseases. If they make it past the first week, there's always something that kills them (over any other nursery's plants), but they don't seem to survive the winter.

Overall, the product I've received are beautiful
However, we struggled to get the correct "smoke tree " that I ordered.
The first came very small and labeled smoke bush. I contacted with a picture stating that I had purchased a tree and was told that they were the same thing. And they gave me 50% of the money I paid on it back. However"bush" did not grow and eventually just died.
I contacted again about the tree that I ordered and explain the importance of it to me being that this was a memorial tree. I was told they were out of trees, but had plenty of smoke bushes. I then explained I'm confused because when I earlier sent a message about the smoke bush, I was told it was the same thing and now I was being told different.
After all of the confusion over the tree/bush fast growing trees did not disappoint with sending me a beautiful tree. They stood behind the product and I definitely will purchase from them again.

I had such bad experience with this company. I bought twice where it was totally damaged and bad. The plants do not grow well just would never do it again.

I order 1 butterfly bush and a snowball tree. Sadly either one was in bad shape when I received them. E-mailed company to let them and sent pictures, they kindly sent me some more, however I called them to let them know that again my butterfly bush came the same way as the first one, and I was told to give it about 3 months to settle well its been 6 weeks and it has died. My snowball tree it growing well no issues there, but my butterfly bush did not survive. 😪😪😪

All trees not doing well, my favorite cherry is very sick. All the leaves have died..

Poorly packaged trees resulted in 4-5 foot trees arriving split in half. This happened in 2 separate orders. Trees are very spindly.

Speedy delivery after ordering. Plants looked good when they arrived. I followed packing directions, watering, letting them recover. Planted as instructed and they are thriving. Very happy.

Arrived in good condition and is adjusting well to its new environment.

We ordered 15 different fruit trees. All arrived quickly and were properly planted and cared for. One cherry tree arrived snapped in half. Customer service contacted, credit for future purchase given. We tried to order the same tree but it was no longer available so we ordered a different brand cherry tree. It arrived quickly and so far so good. It has been a month since planting. One apricot tree hasn't shown signs of life yet. Sure hope we don't have to use the one-year guarantee so monitoring closely in hopes it comes to life soon.

Everything I've ordered has always been alive, healthy and thrived after planting. The discounts are always amazing and can't beat ordering landscaping that is delivered right to your door within the week!

I have purchased two trees now and I'm happy with both. They were packaged great and they are healthy.

Fast growing trees did warranty the trees from initial purchase but not the second time around. I understand they got to cut it off at some point. They just did not survive the winter.

Overall, I'm happy with my trees, but I won't ever shop here again.

They did not want to believe me about the poor quality of trees, oh they will grow, I am a fruit farmer I do know how to grow trees when I get good stock, told me to call back later, they should call me! Now one NEVER had any growth, one very littles, all my other trees from other sources grew fine same area plantings! YES I HAVE SENT YOU PHOTOS!

Received late on promised. Quality sad. Over priced for what you receive. Plants are NOT growing strong.

It arrived healthy and packaged good. When I had a question the customer service was good. I will use them again.

Stumbled across your website, got curious started looking, liked what I saw. I ordered 6 trees to start, well packaged quick delivery. Recently ordered 6 more got them planted just before these cold temps set in. Can't wait till next season to see what they do!

I ordered a lemon tree for my daughter's family. It never really took off, and died. I contacted the company and after confirming that it was dead, they sent a new one. This plant looked much healthier and seems to be doing well.
