I have been purchasing trees and plants for several years and have consistently been pleased with the experience. Recently, they added a new sign-in policy. It took me over 20 minutes to retrieve the correct code to access the site and my account. I found it to be a total waste of time, complete aggregation for returning customers. I have written about it and received a note stating that my concern would be sent to the respective team. In other words, nothing was going to be done. As a result, I am now looking at other nurseries that are more customer-friendly.
My magnolia trees didn't survive. I received new ones and they are doing great,

Pine tree are brown not healthy now. I water and used miracle grow to keep them living. So brown I think there wated will die. I could buy better at home depot and stand be hind them warranty yrs hydrangeas all die can't take md heat last summer. I wouldn't buy from there again you didn't stand by product sold.
I am extremely satisfied with my trees... the rose trees bloomed right away... the weeping cherry, wysteria, and weeping red bud are healthy and beautiful. Thanks for making landscaping so easy!
I requested a refund after a tree I received had died and had no roots on arrival, I provided pictures as asked and then asked for more photos which I also provided, then heard nothing back. Still never recieved a refund or replacement tree. I will never shop this site again. Buyers beware!
Everything I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees has arrived on time and in great condition, just a few weeks after I planted them they were in bloom and grew in either the yard or patio in a pot, simply following the instructions and let the warm weather take it from there.

The two (Lapins & Bing) cherry trees are doing great! They looked sad when they arrived two months ago but are thriving now. We keep them watered weekly. I was skeptical at first but they are doing very good!
We were at our cabin but leaving in four days. The delivery date given by FGT was 2-3 days. It came in 4 and we were gone for two weeks. Had to arrange for someone to go to the house and take care of it. Very disa ppointed
Tree said shipped, but when I looked at the tracking, it was not picked up. This status stated for a week. I reached out to talk to someone, but could not reach a human. I shared my concerns thru email with no acceptable response. When I received my tree it was damaged and again could not get ahold of anyone.
The shipment arrived with a tree I didn't order and 2 trees that were dead. I contacted the company to have the wrong item picked up and to inform them 2 trees arrived dead. They said they would replace the 2 trees but never did. Really poor customer service!
I am disappointed at the size of the plants. I think I would have been better off going to Lowe's.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
