I received a very healthy plant in great condition.
Health tree ready for planting. First bloom appeared two weeks after planting the tree. Looming forward to its growth in our yard. No worries with the 1 year guarantee.

The three trees I ordered arrived quickly, and were very well-packaged in containers that were easy to open. The trees themselves were just as advertised. I will order from your company again.
I ordered the 2 Spodilla plants. After ordering plant it was pin drop silences. NO update for several days. When I called back few times. Someone picked the phone and said shipment will happen after 3 weeks and when I said cancel the order. They were willing to expedite. Package was good but both plants had very low quality. Almost all leaves dropped... now I am trying hard to get these to life... I am not happy with plant quality. It seems they are doing drop shipping and not think to give good quality plants
I received my Swiss cheese plant and rubber tree in a timely manor and that was great. Only complaints I have are one, both plants had a few broken or torn leaves on them. Two, the Swiss cheese plant was sent in a planter that was far to small. A good portion of the root ball was not in any soil and exposed. I was able to transfer it to a larger planter and it's doing fine so far but if I had not been home and it sat for a while in the box on my porch not sure how healthy it would have been. Over all good plants just some food for thought.

I ordered an orange tree that arrived broken in three places. Then the replacement was completely broken off at the base. Two failed attempts, but at least they refunded me for the tree (not including cost of shipping and other materials bought to complement the tree though).
Trees arrived in perfect condition and just as described. They've been in the ground 3-4 weeks and are growing like crazy in the hot Carolina sun! Will definitely be making purchases in the future.
This is my second time ordering from Fast Growing Trees. I love the plants, they are well packaged and arrive healthy. This last order, I was missing a plant but after contacting them, they sent the missing plant right away. At the end of the day, I'm happy with my purchase and the plants are thriving!

We are very happy with our Fiddle Fig. It did take a couple weeks to recover from being mailed. I pulled some of the bottom leaves off, gave it lots of water and direct sun inside (I basically had the plant sit infront of a big window for about 6 days) and our plant is doing great!
No complaints, order receives in good shape. Recommended
I received them very quickly, however 2 of them appear to be dead. I called and checked with customer service and have decided to let them stay planted in hope that they will revive in the spring of 2021. I have my receipt and guarantee in the event that they don't revive. Thank you for the follow up with me.

Ordered a tree but then they sent an email saying it couldn't ship to my state. Other sites have the states listed they can't send to saving time for the buyer.
We have ordered 3 plants and the shipment overall looked good except for one plant which was all stressed. Overall we are satisfied with the delivery.
The process was quick and easy, and the delivery was pretty quick. My only concern as of now is if the tree will make it. I took it out right away, prepped the ground and planted it. I just don't know if it was shocked to much. So I'm waiting it out.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
