I got a 3 feet tall strong plant while the order just is 1-2 feet tall, I'm happy. But the shipping took more than a week this time (my last time was 2 days or so), one box was broken, so my bamboo plant was withered, now after several weeks, the root is surviving but the top is still withered.

We live in the middle of nowhere, so I was extremely skeptical that plants shipped in boxes would arrive intact and alive given how long they'd have to stay in the dark and upside down etc. The plants I ordered (all houseplants, mostly pretty small) arrived pretty beat up but they were all healthy enough to recover after a week or so and I'm super happy with them.

I received the four plants and they looked very damaged. I'm trying to get them to look better but I think it will take sometime. Many of the leaves had dark brown spots and the leaves started dying. Keeping my fingers crossed that they make it.

Bought three different fruit trees. Followed their instructions and they are doing very well in the Jackson MS heat. Company is very easy to work with. I bought from them 5 years ago and now it is even better.
The first tree we ordered arrived unhealthy-looking. I took pictures and reached out to the support. We monitored for a few days and soon after I sent a second set of pictures after about 2-3 days, support confirmed with me that the tree seems to be diseased and immediately ordered a new replacement for me. It did take longer than expected from the first time I placed the order till I finally got a healthy-looking tree (around 20days?) but the service is good. Now I'm just hoping the young tree will survive and thrive in my care.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
