This is my second time ordering from Fast Growing Trees. I love the plants, they are well packaged and arrive healthy. This last order, I was missing a plant but after contacting them, they sent the missing plant right away. At the end of the day, I'm happy with my purchase and the plants are thriving!
I hope to get tons of blueberries off of these, and as a benefit, they look great along the side of my house.
We are very happy with our Fiddle Fig. It did take a couple weeks to recover from being mailed. I pulled some of the bottom leaves off, gave it lots of water and direct sun inside (I basically had the plant sit infront of a big window for about 6 days) and our plant is doing great!
No complaints, order receives in good shape. Recommended
I received them very quickly, however 2 of them appear to be dead. I called and checked with customer service and have decided to let them stay planted in hope that they will revive in the spring of 2021. I have my receipt and guarantee in the event that they don't revive. Thank you for the follow up with me.

Ordered a tree but then they sent an email saying it couldn't ship to my state. Other sites have the states listed they can't send to saving time for the buyer.
We have ordered 3 plants and the shipment overall looked good except for one plant which was all stressed. Overall we are satisfied with the delivery.
The process was quick and easy, and the delivery was pretty quick. My only concern as of now is if the tree will make it. I took it out right away, prepped the ground and planted it. I just don't know if it was shocked to much. So I'm waiting it out.

I got my trees and bushes on time. As expected, they looked a little rough out of the package, but also as expected, within a few days of transplanting they started to liven up. Haven't had them too long so I can't comment as to how productive they are, but if they continue on this path I'm sure I'll get a lot of nice, tasty fruit. Great experience overall with FGT.

I ordered my trees during the hottest heat wave in California, and numerous issues with delivery companies. Even though my trees came a little, well a lot dried out. And one I thought was completely dead, I nursed it back to life.
I would implore you to read the plant guarantee and plant insurance. Which I didn't know there was plant insurance until after my plant arrived and I gave it a whole week to come back to life. I was a little worried that I was going to have to try and fight to get my money back for one of the trees. I thought I was out of luck because I waited so long. You don't have very long to tell them that you have a dead tree.
But even though the tree looked dead and it looked like there was no hope, two weeks later I have all brand new little tiny leaf buds.
So I'm happy.
Trees arrived in excellent shape, they look very healthy and have been in the ground for two months and doing great.
I ordered a Freddie Plant, it arrived Dry and Crunchy. I was told to give it few days, water it, etc. Followed all the instructions, but the plant never made it. I asked for a replacement plant, they sent me the Freddie Plant one more time, again, it arrived dry and crispy. I gave it few days, followed the same instruction but nothing happened. I reported it one more time. I was asking for a refund with shipping fees that I paid, they won't give it to me. They insist that they can only refund the price of the plant but not shipping, which I paid for. After 3-4 of conversation with customer service, he took it upon himself to send me another Freddie plant. I have been waiting for this plant for since August 25th and it is now Set 4th, that is 9 days, so I pretty sure this replacement plant will be dry, crispy and dead again. The plants are not package to last shipping and high temperature that may arise along the way. I was told that I have to pay for shipping if I want another plant instead. And from what I understand, Customer Service is only giving me a Voucher because I paid for 1 year warranty.
I would like a credit for: Plant price, 1 year Warranty and Shipping that I paid for. I believe I deserve this since I never received a good product. Thank you
The cherry tree i purchased came bare root and wilted, I waited for it to recover only to be out of guarantee window... when I contacted them they wanted more money for an extended warrantee. This is Ridiculous as I feel like I paid them 3 times over for this bare root stick I received. Definitely not the strong specimen I was expecting for this price point, their marketing, and adding their growth boosters.
Received order but wrong plant. You guys gave me a refund with no hesitation once requirements were fulfilled on my end but still... The plant ended up having spider mites. All plants I've purchased from you guys had spider mites except for cherry tree and Fiddle Leaf Fig. Won't order from you guys again unfortunately because of this experience
Getting help on the replacement was a little time consuming but eventually, I was offered store credit which is fine with me as I am planning to purchase more from them.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
